Ordered the firecracker shrimp and maybe had 3 shrimp... the amount of chow mein was miniscule and they were out of most items on a Friday evening when they were not even busy. Plus I paid upcharge on fire cracker shrimp and 3 meals and drinks was 48 bucks! What a disappointment and a rip off

This is hands down the worst location I have ever been to. I have visited three separate times and each time was grossly disappointed. Visit one I found a staple in my food, visit two the meal served to me was barely room temperature, and this last visit I sat at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes with absolutely no response from anybody before finally driving off.Unfortunately, this is left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will probably never visit Panda Express again for as long as I live.

I’m gonna be really honest, I love panda but this location is seriously sub par. More often than not I’m handed the wrong meal altogether, and almost every other time something else is wrong- wrong entree choice, wrong soda flavor, and my gosh I don’t think I’ve ever gotten sauce when I asked for sauce. And this is when they’re *not* busy.When it’s busy, expect the order to take 40 minutes *and* be incorrect.

Ordered a family feast with kids in the car at the drive through chicken and noodles, told to wait in the parking lot it would be brought out, after 30 minutes and a blank look and shoulder shrug from an employee after I went in when asked how much longer I got my food while 20 people who walked in got served first from the same. Horrible customer service low staffed will not be back.

I went there tonight and almost every item was empty. I asked the guy behind the counter if they were going to be making more. He asked me what I wanted and I said mushroom chicken. He called to another employee and told him we needed mushroom chicken, which the other acknowledged. 25 minutes later, I'm still standing there and the cook made 4 other items people asked for after my request and still didn't make mine. In the meantime, the guy who I originally spoke with is waiting on other customers in front of me and never seems to wonder why I'm still standing there. I asked of the cook was going to make it any time soon and the cook proceeds to make yet another item. When I said this is ridiculous, the first guy tells me the manager is sitting in the corner. When I complained to her, she said she was sorry and offered me a soda for my trouble. I told her I didn't even want their damn food anymore and left. Do not patronize this place. The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is non-existent. I'll never go back again.

It was crowded, cluttered, disorganized and the upkeep of the dinning are left more than a little to be desired. I had to wait in a line with several other customers just to get the forks to eat our food. The woman behind the counter the eventually produced for somewhere in the open a large seal box of forks and after struggling to open it suggested myself and the growing crowd around her just reach in and help ourselves to the unwrapped plastic flatware while she was herself wearing foodsl service gloves.
