Food is your standard Papa Johns and fine. Staff is very hit or miss. Some are quite nice but most act like you're not there. Whatever you do, don't do curbside. They just won't bring it out so plan to go if you're ordering takeout.

The manager is rude and yells at employees and swears and he stays clocked in but leaves the store all the time to make money while not working I used to work there so I know for sure this is that case thank god I’m not longer associated with that place it puts the other employees under intense stress and makes them feel worthless when he screams at them he has an anger problem … other than that the other employees were absolutely WONDERFUL… I hope this BIG issue gets resolved!!!

Everybody here is a rockstar and will always do the best they can with the rush of orders they receive while being underpaid and understaffed. This store has seen orders you wouldn't believe come in, so please be patient. It's fresh and good, actually, it is better pizza!Vegetarian options: Papa bowls are awesome gluten free vegan options.

Needs better management and new owners. Awful, understaffed, slow, nasty unshaven employees who’s beard hairs will get in your food. Watched the employees be very unsanitary, so unsanitary that I canceled my order and left. Ew. Don’t recommend

I was very unsatisfied with my pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with the stuffed crust pepperoni. And basically got a cheese pizza with the pepperoni stuffed crust. There was no pepperoni on the rest of the pizza. Not what I ordered. And the guy that answered the phone I couldn't even understand him.

Nothing against this actual stores employees, however this was the worst customer experience I have ever had with a Papa Johns. Ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery from their app, received email confirmation. I check the ‘papa tracker’ on my app and I don’t see any movement on the pizza. I figure it’s late night maybe it’s taking a moment. I check back 15 mins AFTER I have ordered, and it says order canceled. No call. No message. No email. I call the store and they were very short and just said the store was currently closed. The app never listed the store hours when I placed my order at all. I entirely respect not wanting to take delivery orders close to closing time. But perhaps at least call the person whose order is being canceled? Or do not allow orders to be placed within a half hour of closing time on your app? Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully there was a Dominos near our hotel that was still available for delivery after we wasted time late night waiting for an order that was never coming.Do better Papa Johns.
