I stopped in to meet a friend and was delighted by the atmosphere. The coffee and food was great, the staff was very polite to me,especially after a 3 hour drive as I was out of sorts. The only downside is it is very small and busy. We had to.wait for a table.
A terrific cozy cafe tucked away in a town plaza in State College. Very good breakfast and lunch options. Wonderfully tasty French press coffee and pastries. Super friendly staff! Sowers Cafe is a real find for locals and students.

Restaurant is small but a buzzing, comfortable atmosphere. They have a piano inside and some outdoor tables too. Nothing beats their ingredients & the prices are worth the quality. Bring quarters for parking!
