It's so absurd that the staffs served me the coffee without Macadamia with saying "sorry, we do not have macadamia crumbles." Just sorry? Why didn't they stop taking the order or warn me in advance about this? They even did not ask me about refund or getting another drink, nor any other substitution toppings if I want. They just served the defective product with just saying "sorry." If I knew that there no macadamia crumbles, I would have not chosen this one. They just fooled me, took my money, and gave a ridiculous drink.Isn't there a service manual that they should stop receiving orders when there is no ingredients, or at least warn customers during taking orders? Or at least when there is product provided with defect, can't they ask me at least some options or if I need anything? It is so BASIC service manner.

If the people working there can stop talking to one another and actually produce drinks in a timely manner then they wouldn’t get as backed up as they do. Waited 20 mins for a drink after ordering purely because the dyed red-head girl making it wouldn’t stop talking to other co-workers and there wasn’t a line. With as many people who work behind the counter (8+), you’d think they could be fast.

I'm not a fan of paying $5+ for a drink to find I've just gotten heated milk. This has happened on multiple occasions.
The outcome of drinks are iffy at times. This place fluctuates from really busy to empty. If you don't like your drink be prepared for every employee to be confused when you ask for a different drink.
