I worked here as a shift lead and needless to say when the former GM was there it was a great place to work. But the current GM it went down hill fast. I was the opening shift lead and was always left in the store by myself due to shift calling off. Also if you ever got sick and had a doctors note the GM would let some people get away with calling off but others she would threaten there job. I am so glad I work for a place that treats me like a person and not a doormat.

There's only so many times you can say, "There's only three of us here" before you actually have to do something to change it. I run orders for Doordash as a side hustle and let me tell you... this place is far from sanitary. Every order is a wait. Every order is incorrect. A few nights ago, a night time crew member was picking his nose at the counter, then used that hand to grab a dirty towel and wipe down the soda machine. This man is actually so repulsive that I would never eat here - in both his appearance and mannerisms. As I sit here now, there's a huge line that isn't moving and two people parked beyond the drive thru - waiting for their food.It's taken me months to make the choice to write this review, but after listening to the daytime manager go on and on about her personal life (to her crew, with inappropriate language) while people were waiting for their food, I had to. State College should avoid this spot at all costs.

Visits are of varying quality. I’ve never had a problem with the food I’ve received but, often times, when I order to go, the food is improperly or not wrapped at all and spills all over the bag.

I just went through the drive through and ordered 3 regular soft tocos. I bite into it and this is what I got. It seems to be missing something. I guess there’s no more quality control.

Taco Bell still tastes like Taco Bell from 20 years ago. Dorito tacos are my favorite and as long as its made fresh and not just sitting under a heat lamp its good. Any food sitting under a heat lamp doesnt hold very long. The tacos get soggy quick so they need to be made to order. Other things like Quesadilla can sit under a lamp for a bit and will still be fine. Some fried food can be held for a little while and still be ok. The service is usually really good and there really isnt any atmosphere to speak of they just have a nice dining room as long as its clean it works. Any State College Taco Bell you should receive the same food quality the same food service.
It is usually busy but I got lucky. Got in and out. Remember to ask for sauce or you won't get it.
