I tried out the tico bico breaky. The worst food that ever existed was presented to me. The hash brown, which I unfortunately added an extra one, was basically a potato chip. They crumbled all over the place. I like extra crispy but holy cow it was way beyond. My sausage egg and cheese burrito was almost cheese less. It also had very over cooked potatoes inside and for some reason raw tomatoes. No breakfast salsa was offered or any other sauces. Worst way I spent seven dollars in a hot minute.

Early this morning at about 330 am, I was at Taco Bell drive-thru for Uber Customer to get food for them. I spent 30 minutes getting up to the speaker and right at 4 am, the person on speaker said sorry we are close. I told them we waited 30 minutes to get speaker and I was the last vehicle in line and I know they have cameras. My Uber customer were upset they didn't get any food. Now I will just take my passengers somewhere else and I won't be eating here anymore either. Worthless customer service.

Drive through Its taco bell... Only thing I can say I asked for mild sauce when I went through drive through I had to go around and park and wait. Why dont know there was a car in front of me and 1 behind. When he brought my food I asked if there was mild sauce He said it should be i there... And No it wasn't. The last SEVERAL times ordering food over the course of the last year (2023 to now) from this location has been very disappointing. We often pay extra money for extra or upgraded ingredients and the item will be so flat that the tortilla wrap overlaps the whole item and just this evening a chicken crunchwrap supreme (which is already an upcharge to be chicken) had exactly 3 pieces of chicken. The entire bottom section of the crunchwrap under the crunchy disc was empty aside from 3 pieces of chicken. An item that costs 9 bucks with upcharges and additions should not be less than a half-inch thick. We've tried again and again.. meeting the definition of insanity in hopes that maybe they'd finally fulfill orders correctly. Well.. I guess we've just proven that we're insane and that this Taco Bell (North Atherton) are either lazy or conning people out of money. Or both.

Great restaurant, really long wait at times but it's not their fault. Student traffic and staffing issues are to blame for a lot of the wait but they do their best!

Well... Its fast food. It's Taco Bell. I really cant say that Ive had bad Taco Bell. It all tastes the same and that's the point. The person taking my oreder was friendly and did their job correctly. We stopped by for a snack after a show let out. the order was correct and we got it pretty fast.
