Katie was wonderful thank you Katie we were new to Penn State and she helped us feel at home sweet lady !!Kid-friendliness: We didn’t have young kids but the booth next to us did ! The kids were loud but the server was so nice to them !! I had the salmon Bagel it was so delicious I would drive back there for just that and were from Chicago!

Stopped in for a quick dinner before attending a Penn State basketball game. We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. I had the shrimp and grits while my wife have the interesting combo of avocado toast and onion rings We were both super pleased with our choices I always thought of the Corner Room as a breakfast place but our dinner changed my mind

Returned to State College after many years. Great restaurant in downtown for a Saturday lunch, only about a 20 min wait. The food was good, and the service was great.

I recently came into this restaurant with my boyfriend for the breakfast buffet … $32 per person is fairly expensive, but i wanted to have a nice meal. Instead, I ate lukewarm food that had been sitting out for a while I would assume that had a terrible smell to it. Every food item I tried was disgusting, and my boyfriend had the same reaction. A couple hours later, I started to feel ill from the food. Additionally, I tried to contact the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, yet there was no phone number or email to use. Very disappointed in my experience.

This spot has an odd sort of feel of being a bit sterile. The food is decent enough mostly but nothing special. I think the weirdest part was going to the bathroom which was up stairs on another restaurant and bar. Staff was friendly and our food came out quickly.
