Great bar atmosphere HOWEVER, the owners (Zangrellis?) are horrible, the management even worse. I heard cooks talking about the kitchen being so dirty that they'd be walking ON TOP of trash. This is the epitome of Kitchen Nightmares.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Game day this Saturday was horrible service. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had our appetizer with no drinks the whole time! We had to call over 2 different waitresses because we never saw ours! Finally we complained to the manager! Never again!

This was my favorite restaurant when I was a student at Penn State, so I took the kids after the game today. I’m not sure what happened, but the staff was under-trained and overwhelmed. We waited for a very long time for service, water, food, etc. When the food finally arrived we could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Chicken was burnt but we were afraid to send it back. Sorry to see the place struggling.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! if you expect food and/or service. Worst service we've ever experienced. Had to leave 1.15 in because no food or drink. Someone came to our table 25 minutes in. Everyone was leaving. Nightmare. If you want to leave Penn State pissed off. Then this is the place for you. ZERO hustle. Beware!!!! And I give it one star because it won't let me do zero stars.

Awful service. We waiting for 45 min to where I had to get up and go ask to place an order. Waited another 15 min and never even got our drinks. We left. It's a shame. The menu looked good.

worst food ever!!! Extremely slow service and ruined our graduation party. 12 people all served different times and every dish missing a few items.
Zero stars if I could...went here graduation day. Had a party of 14. Made reservations 6 weeks in advance. Literally had 3 people working the whole place on graduation weekend. We waited for 90 mins before our food came out. When it finally arrived EVERY. SINGLE. MEAL. WAS. WRONG. We had someone order a salmon salad. They didn't put salmon on it. When we asked they said they ran out and that we would have to wait 30 mins while they went "next door to purchase some salmon". Wtf? Then my meal was missing literally half the ingredients. When we asked they said they were out. You would think they'd advise us of that beforehand, but no. We waited for an entire other hour for them to fix our food. 7 of us had to return our food. By the end of the hour we still had 3 missing meals so we asked to speak to a manager. A young girl came out and we told her what was going on. She said she's take care of it. She never once apologized. 30 mins go by and still nothing. I walked around the place (which was totally void of any other customers) and found the manager and told her we did not want any of the food and to please get our check immediately. She brought it out and there was no discounts!!! We obviously argued that we didn't even eat and everything was wrong and there were SEVERAL missing ingredients. We never once raised our voices but apparently she could no longer handle the situation so another black gentleman wearing a baggy red t shirt and grey sweatpants (again on graduation day at psu on a Saturday afternoon) came out w the check and acted as if he was doing us a favor by removing a few items. My father just paid the $325 bill so we could get the hell out of there. We walked down the street to Canyon Pizza and sat on the ground outside housing pizza since we weee all starving. And that's where we had my sisters graduation meal for all of our out of town guests that flew in. F*cking pizza on a curb. Seriously this place is awful and could not have cared less. I'd put my life savings on them going out of business soon.

I loved this place. The manager was a very nice young man who tried very hard to introduce me to the many hop beers they had on tap. While I am not a fan, it was very impressive the efforts put forth to try to impress. The food was awesome and the service was amazing. This place is a must for those dropping the kids off to school.

Moderately busy for a Friday night. Sat at the bar. Drinks sat there empty for 20 mins or more before getting served. Ordered a quesadilla and wings for starter, cuban sandwich and macaroni&cheese for meal to split. 30 mins later quesadilla was forgotten. Wings and entrees were cold. Pork in the Cuban tasted like an old leather boot. The macaroni was just that. Macaroni noodles with parmesan cheese. Still cold. Have never sent anything back until now. Just hope the wait and kitchen staff are new and learning, not incompetent.
