Came in for a pick up order and no one was there to greet me at the counter at 6:52 am. I called back at least 3 times for someone to acknowledge me and was ignored. As soon as I walked out of the store at 7am, someone came out and was messing with the restaurant doors. Absolutely unacceptable behavior just straight up ignoring people trying to pick up their food.

They put a mountain of hot sauce on. That was supposed to be a regular chicken sandwich.
Went here and pretty much everything went wrong. The floor was sticky, service was slow and there was rarely anyone behind the counter. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger, and I had to wait for 5 minutes until someone was near enough to the counter to shout back to ask for a spoon. The food itself wasn't bad other than a somewhat warm frosty, but pretty much everything else in the experience was poor quality.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s they shoved 4 separate orders in one bag the fries were cold and I was missing one of my sandwiches do not recommend this location save your money and go the one down the

Rudest staff EVER encountered, especially Mary. Only one napkin permitted per customer and we had paid $50 for the food, thrown at us in a brown paper sack. Complaint to manager named Sara, resulted in mgr. stating that if I needed more than one napkin I must be a baby and then hung up! With the exception of one young man, the entire staff, including Rebecca, at this location needs training on how to treat people. Received short, snippy answers to any question.
So we wanted to order at the counter and pay cash. Waited 10 minuets and nobody would take our order. Walked out and will never go back.
