One of our favorite restaurants so far. Hope that never changes. We had a bit of everything plus drinks to give a fair and honest review.Our server was fantastic. Even calling ahead of time, The host via phone was great. When I arrived the two women hosts were truly friendly and approachable.THE FOOD was sensational! 5 stars all the way.The Eggplant Stack never disappoints. The crab cake is top tier.Give Garlic a try. You'll be happy you did!
The best restaurant in this area. Absolutely delicious!!! I loved everything we ordered from the lobster macaroni and cheese to the scallops. Please try the toffee cake...SO DECADENT!

Wow, for a moment there, I felt like I was dining at Ruth's Chris in Weehawken, NJ. Without a doubt, Garlic Stakehouse in the Poconos, PA, surpasses all others. NIck, our server, was incredibly professional, and the food was outstanding, a solid 10 out of 10. I savored the classic bourbon peach cobbler drink and indulged in the signature spicy Honey Salmon – the crispy skin was absolutely delectable. I'll definitely be returning here soon.
