Mixed grill with flank steak, maduros, crab cake (wow) and grilled shrimp prepared with skill and spectacular flavor profiles - each distinct and complimentary as a meal. Regret not ordering the fried rice but next time that's a must.Don't let the basic tables & chairs, early and spare atmosphere discourage you. They are putting out the food and locals are seeing their neighbors here again and again.What a discovery that's also hard to find! Thank their competitor restaurants who said, "Big Mombos - Best in the area."

I've been watching Big Mambos Facebook page for a few months after seeing a random post. Their food looked amazing and I told my fiancé that we needed to visit the new restaurant soon. Well, tonight was the night. We both ordered the advertised special - Flank steak with a crab cake and shrimp. Let me tell you...this meal was on point! The steak was seasoned perfectly. It was probably one of the best I've ever had. The seafood was delicious as well. Sides were just as good. I wouldn't change a thing. Also, we both were impressed with the excellent service. The owner even came out of the kitchen and conversed with us. Planning a return trip asap.

This is hands down the best place to eat in Sunbury. I've been eating here since they opened.Recently I had a mix up with my order, by the time I got home the restaurant was already closed. I messaged the restaurant and got an immediate response and a call from them apologizing and refunded the incorrect item.Not only do they have the best food in town, they also have the best customer service. Can't recommend Big Mambo's enough. You're missing out if you don't try their food.

AMAZING FOOD!!!! ? Been trying to find a place with pernil, tostones and Arroz con Gandules since I moved back to PA 2018. Being in Florida 22 years spoiled me with Dominican, Puerto Rican and Mexican foods that is very hard to come by around here. Will definitely be back!!! We loved everything we ordered!! ?
What can I say? Hands on customer service is out of this world. Arrived late and had guests coming later and Big Mambo and his wonderful team made us feel at home. The sous vide fried chicken amazing flavors! Empanadas were perfect Make sure you grab your favorite bottle of wine and enjoy Big Mambo's hospitality. 9/10. And that's coz I couldn't get the steak as it was out.... Must be popular

If you live in Lewisburg, Sunbury …the surrounding area this is hands down the best dine in restaurant you will find. Chef owned, fresh specials, done to a level only seen in NYC/Philly. We had the best family dinner tonight. The food was off the charts. Make a reservation and dine in. Could not recommend it enough.

Ahh what can I say. We ordered a bunch of food and I got to try a little bit of a lot and I have to say I was not disappointed. The Cuban was amazing, a little different than what I was used to but still a familiar classic. The steak fried rice was really good and you get a lot. Definitely worth it.Had a nibble of the Korean bbq tacos and the island fries and they too were excellent. I liked that the fries were thinner than normal steak fries.And not only that the service was really amazing and you can tell they really care about their customers.This is in a really unique location right off of the market st park and I thought that was really nice. If you wanted to order food and sit in the park its right there.I'm only sad I didn't get to have a peek inside, but there is always next time.

First time we tried the Taco Tuesday deal....absolutely loved them! Also, super cool to have the owner come greet you as you paid and picked up your order. Super friendly and awesome food!Parking: Just the location does not allow for much parking. Tucked away in an alley. Can't wait for the day they decide to find larger more spacious place!
