The baker/owner was attentive to my requests and made a number of suggestions and placed them in a box for me. When you’re looking to treat yourself after a long day or week look no further!! Very cute store and wonderful owners. Prices are decent. I was disappointed in 4/4 items purchased, unfortunately. Cake and icing tasted like store-bought. Blondies were good texture but did not taste like anything. Everything looked beautiful, but taste did not live up to what was expected. It felt like a waste of money, waste of gas, and a waste of my time. Very cute, but has the potential to be way better. Everything tasted the same and the texture seemed stale.

My family has always loved the food here! The Valentines sale with the Deviled Strawberries, Cupcakes, Cake Pops, ect are delicious! We always come back for more! We always love what we get here, and we make sure to return whenever we need a sweet treat to eat!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! The staff are very caring and kind. Also, the area is very bright and colorful.
My FAVORITE bakery ever. I have never once had anything here that I did not like. I live 45 minutes away and we manage to get here at least once every 2 months. It's always well worth the drive. Amazing desserts, super friendly staff, AND they're Swifites. I mean what else can you ask for?

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been bringing my family to PDC since they first opened. I’ve never had a negative experience EVER. Everyone is always polite the owner Tracey always goes out of her way for me and my family. I recently just got married and I already knew that PDC was going to be my dessert go to. Let me tell you they went ABOVE AND BEYOND everything was phenomenal and amazing. The communication the entire time the service and the display of everything was just perfect. I would recommend them every time! Thank You PDC for everything! Everything truly came out amazing!
I have been coming to this bakery since it opened, Tracy and her family/staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I come atleast once a week! I’m telling you it’s addicting! I just had them cater my wedding dessert and it was a hit! Everyone asked where we got our dessert from! They even set up the table and decorated it for us hee daughter Fiona helped they were seriously the sweetest family and the dessert are always so fresh and so tasteful Tracy truly is talented! I refuse to go anywhere else for my peanut butter donuts and my husband loves her cannoli and chocolate mousse! She’s the seriously the best thank you for all you do!
I recently ordered a customized cake (S.H.I.T) from this bakery, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The attention to detail in both design and taste was exceptional. Each bite was a burst of flavors that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Pocono Desert company deserts are amazing. I can not recommend them more. My husband had his carrot cake gone before I could even get a taste and that is saying something.

Tracey & Chris, owners of Pocono Dessert Co. are the definition of a small business putting their heart and soul into this game, and their product shows it. Our guests loved everything, and Tracey did an excellent job coming in, setting up, and making everything beautiful while the ceremony was going on. After consulting briefly in person, she was available to go over ideas and confirm pricing with me whenever I needed. Two weeks before the wedding I came in person to review final details and I had the pleasure of meeting a part of the family, and they're all lovely! Her donuts are incredible, and the varieties offered allows something for everyone!
