I got a bad attitude from one of the employees when I asked her to remake one of my wife's items. I love Arby's but will think twice before going to the Swissvale location again.
The new beef sandwich was awful. The meat didn't even look real and tasted terrible. The Lanturn Flys were at the drive through window were infested so much so I was afraid to open my car window. There appears not to be any effort to control them. I stopped by one more time and drove away it was so bad.

I hate to be a Karen but had to only give 4 stars cuz of my most recent experience here a week ago when they had us pull over to wait for our chicken tenders and when they brought our bag out there weren't any tenders..isñt that what we were waiting for? Lol but after going back to the drive threw they finally made it right
