Service was prompt, and food came out in a timely manner. However, the order was incorrect. The parking lot, which is way too small, was packed bumper to bumperParking: The parking lot is very tiny. The business has 2 entrances and 1 exit.. however drivers decide to do their own thing and make multiple exits which causes a movement issue while trying to get out of a parking spot.

I just wanna say I saw here today around 2 and there were only two girls there. They were very sweet and you can tell they were running around by themselves. But I don’t think it’s fair for only two workers to be there when it was as busy as it was. But the two that were there were very hardworking.

What a S-show last night and today. The general manager of this location = No Help. We placed a small order on their app. Arrived just to be told that they were out of stock and that they only had 4 (FOUR) types of donuts available. So the Dunkin' app HAS NO PURPOSE!!Associate stated that if we came in this morning that they will have the donuts in stock and available for the same discounted price. GUESS WHAT: NOPE! And the manager on duty was so clueless that we just decided to drive away and take our business elsewhere based on the complete lack of detail and customer service. PS: She didn't even bother to look up the order. Pure laziness and unprofessional.Personally, the donuts have been getting more and more stale here. Its NEVER fresh tasting any longer here. THIS was the last straw for this business for us, after 20 YEARS coming here. There are better options in town now with much better customer service.

Pulled in 30 minutes before closing time and were told they were already closed. Maybe they should shut the open sign off over the front door or actually stay open until the posted time on a holiday weekend? Just a thought.

The customer service was awful ?. No “good morning” and the man behind the counter placed a bag with a plain doughnut in it, like he knew what I wanted. I wanted a plain bagel but sometimes order a plain doughnut but not that day. He was not friendly in the least! He was a “grump!” And so was I! I won’t be going there any more and will tell my friends no to go either!!!?

My experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was none other than great. The staff was fabulous very polite and kind they took my order and got it correct the first time and they would just very polite people working on this crew. The coffee was amazing and so was the food thanks for being great guys.
