Attempted to visit 3/7/24. Signs on all the doors said "temporarily closed". No reason was stated on the signs. We're here at least once a week and they didn't seem to be short staffed at all, so we're unsure as to why they're closed.

Me and my boyfriend went to Chilis and had a terrible experience. The staff was pretty decent nothing bad to say about them. However, I ordered bone-in wings with garlic parm sauce. The sauce was absolutely disgusting. I bit into the wings and they were full of slime. I figured I was being dramatic so my boyfriend tried them. He also thought they were disgusting and then had food poisoning all night. I would never go back there.

Great group of guys and gals here.Timely, professional, attentiveI go here every couple of weeks with friends to grab something to eat after work.They keep everything well clean.I enjoy my time here because being a regular has its benefits.I often get the chips with the premium dip trio( Salsa, Guacamole, & white queso) and most of the time either get the 2 meat fajitas(chicken and shrimp) or the crispy chicken sandwich(requesting burger topping i.e lettuce, tomato, onions, & pickles)Dietary restrictions: cholesterol, salt, sugar.Blood pressure/prediabetic

All of their burgers come out like charcoal. Managers calls guests the b word. Super fake atmosphere. Overpriced. Dirty. Cooks don't wear gloves. Everyone is over worked and underpaid so they can't keep a steady crew. 10/10 don't recommend to anyone I care about.

We had 7 people and were seated quickly and served quickly.
We went because Chili's is advertising heavily on the TV for the 3 for me $10.99 deal for drinks, appetizer, and entree. There is a catch. There are only 3 entries available at the 10.99 price. Entrees like the classic Oldtimer with Cheese (basic cheese burger), 3-piece Chicken Crispers tenders, or a Secret Sauce Burger are the $10.99 choices. Want bacon with that burger, add $5.00? Upgrade to a sirloin steak the price increases to $17.99. Drinks included are fountain sodas, lemonaid, or ice tea. You can upgrade to a regular or frozen margarita for $3.49. I thought the margarita upgrade was worth it but I got brain freeze from the frozen margarita. We had a reward for free chips and salsa but must have gotten the bottom of the barrel of the chips - most were broken and crumbled. If I were paying $5.99 for them I would have sent them back. The restaurant has no concept of timing a meal and delivering the food at a reasonable pace. Everything came at the same time so there was no time to eat the appitizers, soup and salad unless you wanted your main entree to get cold. The place needs some maintenance. The floor is so greasy it is like walking on a skateing rink. And when we sat down at the table the seats were wet and the table was wet and tacky. I had to find some paper towels to do my own cleaning before sitting down. I do not think I will return to this Chili's. After dinner we went for a walk thru the Pittsburgh Mills mall. Macy's is still there but a walk thru the mall is like visiting a ghost town. Very few stores are there and at 7pm the ones remaining were closed. I don't think it will be long before it ends up like Century 3 in the south hills.
