I was at the bakery twice in 2023 and the service was poor. I choose my cake and wanted to have the lettering/wording put on the cake. The lady completely ignored me. I continued waiting as she stood there talking to her friend about the events in her life. After 8 minutes of this negative behavior I decided I didn't want to purchase the cake from Walmart. I wasn't going to support a store who would leave there workers at the bakery unchecked, to completely ignore the customer. Finally, I went across the street to Price Chopper. I paid a little more for the cake but the workers at Price chopper actually cared about the event that I was getting the cake for and i was greeted with a smile.

well my wife and i walked in to walmart in taylor pa to buy a nintendo switch......so we walked back to electronics and there was an associate named sheila working back there who honestly didn't look like she wanted to be there so we asked to come unlock a case for us to buy and my wife said to me hang on i need a game so she walked over by the games to look i hear sheila tell my wife we'll let me know what you wanna do honey i got stuff to do i don't have all day to be standing here waiting for you i heard that and went excuse me so i walked over to my wife and said did you hear what she just said to you and my wife said yea and i said that was rude as hell so i told my wife let's just get the switch and go to another walmart where the people don't make rude comments like that and when we went to the register sheila wasn't even paying attention to us and she had an attitude problem so in closing i will not be buying electronics in the morning when sheila is working

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There was an error on their online price vs. their store price. Went in to get the item that was an in-store only item. Found out after 30 minutes of waiting that it was an error and they weren't going to honor their online price. The lady I was dealing with was rude and tried to tell me some bs reason as to why there was an error. She refused to price match and so I left. I tried contacting customer service but was met with another rude person. Definitely not going back to this Walmart.

I'd give no star if I could. Waited 20 mins to speak to a manager who didn't even bother to come ask what the problem was. Sent another girl to tell us come back tomorrow. Mean while we could see the manager doing nothing up front, playing with her hair. Poor management. Crappy service. Next time I'll drive 20 mins out of my way to go to a different store. Thanks for nothing.

Some employees give great customer service others not so much especially some of the cashier's . The previous two times I've gone neither have greeted us , after saying thank you and have a nice day I didn't even receive any acknowledgement. Yesterday the man that was our cashier stopped in the middle of ringing our items up and without saying a word to us walked away to another register.

I really try to avoid Walmart and my displeasure of patronizing this company is validated each visit to one of their stores. Stores are always understaffed and today's visit was no different. I despise self checkouts. It's their corporate initiative to reduce staffing under the guise of convenience. I would shop at the dirty outdated Kmart or target if given the choice.

So i was just there and i got over charged for an item that i bought. I asked the cashier about it and they said "oh it just automatically adds tax on self check out" except it didn't do that for any of the other items i bought, and i even checked on the receipt when i got home it showed up as the wrong price. Very displeased. I feel like I was being treated really poorly and they were acting like i was a criminal just because of my appearance.

It's a Wal-Mart. It's a circus on weekdays and a zoo on the weekends. Photo center here is frequently screwed up and the line for customer service is insane. Added perk about this dump; as of May 2017 they won't price match for you. So much for buying electronics here...

I understand that Walmart is a busy place however today I dealt with employees that had no idea what they were doing. I waited in the store for a package that they were unable to find when they had called me 3 hrs prior to say it was ready for pick up. I then went home called the manager who found my package in minutes just from my name - no order number - he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I went back to the store and the same woman still could not locate my package ! After another 15 minutes she figured out she was looking it up incorrectly - they need to ensure their employees are trained in the areas which they are placed to avoid these kinds of mistakes! Also the lines were ridiculous - I bought two things and waited 15 minutes in line which is not a rare occurrence within this store.

This is about the Customer Service Desk. I stopped in around 8 PM on 7-7-16 to return a pair of jeans I recently bought and I had the receipt. Donna was extremely rude and refused to refund my money on NEVER WORN JEANS IN THE WALMART BAG WITH THE RECEIPT. The 2-page return policy is right there on the desk. She called the female supervisor (red hair & glasses, can't remember her name) over and they whispered to each other and they both absolutely insisted that I cannot return for a refund. I asked twice to see the manager (Todd Hall as on the receipt). I said I would not be leaving without a refund. What unexpected stress! I never, ever return anything anywhere and this is the hassle I got. Finally the Supervisor led me to a register and gave me $14.94 credit issued back to my card. They were both so mean. Why??? Donna laughed at me and then at the man who was next. He asked why she was laughing. I haven't been there since. There are better stores to go to.

In general Wal-Mart is great! This store particularly awesome. Always so friendly and courteous. The savings catcher program is fantastic! And unbelievably easy to do.
