Everything is amazing and cooked right in front of you with extreme skill. The food does take a little while, but great art takes time. The flavors of the sauces and seasonings complement each dish especially the wings. We will be back!

Refused to wait on us. 4 of us went on Sunday, sat down at counter, waited and waited and waited. At one point the grill guy asked if we had ordered yet. I said no that's what we're waiting for. After that no one ever looked at us. After 15 min we left. Clearly we weren't going to receive service. They had multiple orders waiting and very little work was being done. At times while waiting no one was making any food at all with 4 or 5 orders hanging up there. It was obviously going to be a very long wait even if we did get our orders in which of course we didn't.We had gone 2 weeks earlier and were very impressed. Took awhile but they actually took our order & we eventually got our food which was good. Doubt we'll be back. This place has the potential to be very good but not with this this kind of service.How can you just ignore customers for so long? We tried to be patient but come on. That was ridiculous.

I've dined here on multiple occasions and never leave disappointed. From the wings, to the cheesesteaks/chicken cheesesteaks and occasionally their breakfast, the food is always hot/fresh. This place does get pretty busy, so I'd suggest getting your order in early. But let me just say the Ranch on Ranch on Ranch Wings and the Chicken Cheesesteak are my absolute FAVORITE!! The owner(Shannon) always keeps the place clean. His staff are always very attentive and respectful.

I had the pleasure of dining at Cool Wings this past weekend and I must say the Wings were phenomenal. I also tried one of their Chicken Cheesesteaks with the seasoned fries. I do not know what seasoning they put on those fries, but it was good. This place runs an open kitchen concept, so you truly do get to see your food being prepared in front of you. The staff was friendly along with the owner. The place was also very clean. I can say they definitely gained a customer.

Food was just ok nothing great we are regulars to the market and always try something new .. To say that this place is a food safety nightmare is being polite it is gross but the worst is the wait... We waited 1 hour and nothing came together never been to a worse run dirty

I found this place because of the rating and im happy to keep it going; top notch buffalo wings. Owners friendly. Kids working the counter thought 'opera' was called "Oprah". fun times.i will be coming back.Follow up: went back literally the next day, bright and early at like 9am. I wanted to try more, saw the owner(sorry I never got names exchanged, im Charles) had a big order for him, went soley on his recommendations and promised I wouldn't return anything, haha. Happy to report the new wing flavors were amazing, can't wait to try more. Loaded Mac n cheese; next level. Mac n cheese balls; amazing.
