I was super excited to have a Trini restaurant in the area, especially being a Trini. I got a large curry goat and it was so tasteless, the goat wasn't as tender as one would hope. White rice lacked salt (how do you mess up rice that came out a rice cooker) the cabbage was so soggy. My sister got a chicken roti and once again no taste, doubles was nasty as well. The best tasting thing I had was the red solo.

Great oxtails, authentic Trini food from NYC Trinidadians.
This restaurant is lacking "vibes." The first time I went I had a Rasta Pasta, and I had a decent king fish, they did not have any of the appetizers that were listed on their menu. I decided to give them another try, their Trinidadian food is lacking flavor and freshness. Unfortunately, the doubles and roti skin were oily and seem to have been cooked in old oil. This restaurant has the potential to be great! It is located in an area where Trinidadian food will be greatly appreciated. I little overhaule will go a long way.

Foods descent, price increased; too much rice, to little veggie, meat portion just makes it...Biggest issue is the attitudes/customer service could be improved....

Everything my husband and I tried thus far got a 10/10. My tastebuds were happy lol. Felt like I was in Trinidad. 10/10 for portion sizes too. Would definitely be visiting in the very near future????????
