Waited a while for service. Got the impression that they might have been short staffed. Ordered, waited. They make everything fresh so you should expect a wait.Got our food and it was hit or miss. The toast was damp and limp despite only being in the styrofoam box a minute. The fries were a bit limp. The tenders were hot and fresh and greasy, had to wait while they cooled down to edibility. While I do love Canes, this location isn't my favorite. The inside has the heat pumping. Feels like an oven! Also even if you order it in, they still give it to you in a plastic bag. Very wasteful. Also why is everything put in styrofoam to go containers? Soda/condiment area is quite messy. Food is always good though.

The food was good. It’s a bit too expensive. A combo (with 4 pieces of chicken will cost you $11.79 and a 6 piece combo will cost you $16.99. You have to pay for the dipping sauce? Considering the price I’m paying for the chicken, the dipping sauce should be free (.39 a tiny cup) Or give a bigger cup than the size you give. That’s not even enough for 2 pieces of chicken.
