Couldn't understand what the lady was saying until I pulled cold soggy hash browns from the bottom of the bag. You need to retrain how to pack to go orders. Why on earth would you put them on the bottom of the bag on a cold counter top?
Evening Staff seems to be stand offish, to get their attention I had to basically raise my voice to the point of almost screaming, even though multiple staff had passed me and made eye contact. Employees standing close by were chit chatting (which is cool, i don’t expect them to be robots on the job) but they could’ve taken a sec to see if I’ve been helped, and I’ve seen them completely ignore someone basically yelling for help.
