The two girls working there tonight on Mar 5 at 6:45 were phenomenal. Great service, and they didn't skimp on the portions. Despite not quite having enough açai for my bowl, they loaded it up with the other toppings and gave me a discount on the purchase. The strawberries and bananas were freshly cut as I waited, and all of the other parts of the bowl were great. My parents got salads which were loaded with lettuce and toppings. 10/10 saladworks.

We’ve been to a Saladworks before but not for years. The first time we went years ago the menu was strictly salads. One opened up in our Giant supermarket not that long ago so we decided to try it again. These days their menu is much broader. They offer a few different soups, fruit bowls, smoothies, wraps and grain bowls. It’s definitely going yo be healthier than than your average chain restaurant. We ordered a couple of taco salads, organic butternut squash soup, a fruitella bowl and a custom wrap. John (The Firefighter) was on point with our food order. He was polite, patient and exact. We enjoyed the food. It was plentiful but we didn’t feel bloated and disgusted with ourselves after we ate it like most chain restaurant foods. Would definitely go back again.Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, smoothies, wrapsDietary restrictions: They offer foods for people with dietary restrictionsParking: Big parking lot, handicap parking,Kid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking, handicap entrance, handicap seating.

Joe and Olivia were the best! He took the time to explain the menu choices and they had the most amazing presentation. I was hungry just looking at the salads and breakfast bowl. It's a definite plus for Giant.Vegetarian options: It's mostly vegan options

Not a great salad. Had to remove a bunch of brown or wilted pieces of lettuce. Chicken just ok

I ordered online, but received ingredients I didn't ask for in two of my salads. Fortunately, I was able to contact customer service to have them remade and corrected.

visited this location and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff member Diane was friendly and accommodating. The salad items were fresh and good tasting.

My wife and I each got a take two on 6/22/22 and we’re so frustrated when we got home 15 minutes later. Should’ve looked at the contents before leaving the store. My wife’s salad had croutons, pepper jack cheese and corn salsa, none of which were part of her Avocado Cobb. On top of that there was a five in long hair laying in the middle of the white plastic bowl. Just staring back at you the second you open the container. My salad was supposed to have spring mix, instead I got iceberg lettuce that was browning and dirty….literal dirt on pieces of it.Really disappointing. We were so happy to have a salad joint in the area but this is our second time being letdown. Won’t be back.

$12 for a sad salad. There is ONE boring vegan salad option or you have to make your own. You are better off making your own at home. Updated from previous review on 2022-05-02

The one time I tried a salad from Saladworks, I assumed I'd be able to stack it high with chick peas and plenty of other protein. Nope! A light smattering of chick peas on top of some slimy greens. There wasn't any other vegan protein available. The staff also didn't quite know what "vegan" meant, which meant that I had to spend an uncomfortable amount of time researching my options for toppings and dressing. Oil and vinegar for dressing. No soups that are vegan. $11 was far too much. The redeeming factor: The staff are very friendly! No issues there. They were very patient with my questions, and legitimately did their best. This isn't a staff issue, or a "this location" issue... this is a Saladworks issue.

So happy that there is finally a Saladworks location in this part of the Lehigh Valley! Went today for lunch and it did not disappoint. Conveniently located inside produce section in Giant adjacent to the wine and beer section. My only complaint is that they seemed a little low on ingredients. I wanted to get two wraps and they only had one. Also she was scraping the bottom on tomatos and it didn’t seem like there was more. Cobb salad, though, was delicious and my dad enjoyed the Chicken Caesar Wrap. Bacon was fresh since it had just been prepared.
