“Went for lunch on Father's day and didn't have to wait for a table at the bar, which was fine because my Dad and brother loved playing the games while waiting for our food. I ordered the turkey wrap and it was gigantic! I asked for everything on it and they sure did! The wrap was grilled to a pleasant crisp so it didn't get soggy. A large pile of hot fries and a pickle came with it. My Dad ordered a pizza as usual and it was perfectly done. Our bill was reasonable and our waitress was friendly and made sure we were happy. “This place will always hold a special place in my heart as it was where I proposed to my girlfriend. Every time since then we have had such a great experience. I believe it truly stems from the management. On every occasion, the manager has come out to check on our meals and just share some small talk. It always sets the tone for a very pleasant experience. “SO GOOD! It's a small cafe with seating inside, but I ordered take out. I got the meat stromboli, and it was full of flavor and I even had leftovers. “My dad was celebrating his retirement and wanted to have the family together for dinner. He reserved a private room that seats 8. This was around the holidays. They had the table set beautifully with their holiday menus already waiting for us. A few of us tried their holiday cocktails and some stayed with the regular menu but both were delicious. “Welcome to my next review. This is Torony's Giant Hot Dogs! Now this is not the original location. If you are from the area back in my youth, this being the late 70's and early 80's, they were located on the corner of route 315 and jumper road in Plains. Speaking with the owner today I was told when PennDOT widened Jumper Road they were forced to move. After that they relocated to a building on Main Street not too far from the arena. Now as the owner told me the second location just didn't work out, so they eventually moved to the current location. Now as per the video it's a nice size location, not too big or too small. As I walked in I did speak with the owner off camera and explained why I do food reviews and in my own way help supporting the locals. Now as per the footlongs, I got one with just mustard and onions, and the other with everything being the mustard, onions, and the sauce. Now for the dogs, I didn't taste a snap, but these were grilled nicely, you got a good number of toppings, the chili had a unique taste, different from all the others. Now they do offer fries and burgers and other items but today it's all about the dogs. When we go Hot Doggin' we don't rate the hot dog we celebrate the hot dog with those awesome condiments. I didn't know it was possible to put burgers, tacos, and pierogi's on the same menu, so good for them. However, the food was great, as we tried the wings and burger. They cooked my burger perfectly median rare - fantastic. The service was quick and pleasant. The atmosphere was decent, with cool antique decorations scattered on the wall. This trip it was wing night and tried 2 different House sauces of their own and both were excellent. Wings were large and crispy. Great Rock music on the tube. Don't be hesitant to drive to Nanticoke. Its in a nice part of town and always parking in front. Leave my convertible top down with never an issue. Unfortunately would not do that anymore in other nearby towns.“

I'm always cold and I was comfortable but my guest was sweating. We ordered wings and a side of fries. Everything came out cooked well. I got the red garlic which I assumed would be a tomato based sauce but it was more like a thick vinaigrette with garlic. It was good but not what I expected. The up charged celery was four very small pieces, I'd recommend skipping it. Service was good and the fellow diners were par for the course in NEPA. I would go back for the wings again.Parking: Very small, cramped lot. Some overflow parking across the street. Almost got hit by a car crossing to the restaurant because driver wasn't paying attention in the dark.“
