A few weeks ago was 2nd time ordering here also last time. I wanted to give customer care time to resolve this so thats why I waited to review. Both times I've got food here it was terrible. I figure everyone has a bad day so I'd give them another shot.. 2nd time I believe it made me sick. The individual from pizza hut customer care emailed me back that it couldn't have been their pizza because all ingredients are ready to eat. That i could request they remake it.The pineapple was extra tart and had a lil bit of a slimy texture. (Only thing I ate that day and 2 hours later I was loosing fluids from both ends) when I explained to her how bacteria works she emailed me back again, I could go to the store and request a refund but would not do it for me. Ill never go back.Also pizza was not cut through there was not extra cheese I paid for, to be honest I don't think it even had normal amount of cheese. The thing that really burns me is I put 5 bux in their homemade tip cup.Never again here, probably never again pizza hut as a company after being told I was wrong about their sub par food making me sick.

They answered the phone let me place my order, and when I went to pick it up they were closed. Wasted my lunch break for nothing. Even when I called them to see what was going on they still answerd and didn't give me any answers of why I ordered food and they were closed. They said it was Oliver I was calling, but when i told they there is noone here they just transferd me to a closed store. I hate pizza hut anymore service is terrible!

I ordered food for pick up. we placed our order through the app for pick up. When we brought our food home it was the wrong order. We called in, the guy claiming to be the manager claimed it was corporate policy not to deliver if a mistake is made, nor did he offer an apology or a refund. He placed the burden on us to come back to the store. I told him that I would be calling corporate to give him an opportunity to make the order right. Corporate said that IS NOT their policy and they are going to look into this. Be ware of anyone saying it is corporate policy, because it is not and you can call to make sure of it.

There pizza quality is not nearly as good as it used to be.. Our last order we got a stuffed crust pizza and we were very disappointed ? The cheese was dry and the price for one of these pizzas with pepperoni was almost $22! Won't be going back for a while.

Ordered pan pizza got pizza home thin crust pizza was very greasy. Half of pizza went in trash. I have ordered before with no problems from Oliver Square but this was 1st time with phone order was not directly to Oliver Square.
1st time We ordered a pepperoni melt. Over cooked crunch like a crunchy taco & no pepperoni or cheese really just eating chrunchy pizza crust. Even took pic to share but won't let me. The guy over cooked it! He doesn't need to be cooking!

Don’t order delivery. Idk if it all pizza huts or just this one but now they go through door dash and charge you ridiculous prices, the delivery people are next to worthless, and when you don’t get your food you get punched from dept to dept by door dash trying to get a refund.
