“Edit: [I haven't received an order with mistakes from some time now, and the staff is always kind and communicates well. I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 4.]Old review: I don't usually leave reviews at chain restaurants, but I feel something here should be given attention. The positives: warm, tasty food and drinks typically served in a quick fashion. The issue: During this last month due to covid restrictions we have ordered from Panera multiple times only to recieve inconsistent orders with numerous mistakes at the window. As someone who has worked in a customer service environment, I understand how easily mistakes are made, but for a takeout only restaurant to make mistakes on 3/4 orders, points to poor training, an unenthusiastic team, or unsuccessful management. I thoroughly enjoy Panera bread, but I think that their team needs to pull it together when it comes to customer service. I will update my review if I notice a change.“
