Nice looking new location I'm old enough to remember when it was across the street where the Popeyes was and figured I'd give the new place a shot...Girl that register horrible added to getting understand the orders I mean I ordered a fish sandwich fish sandwich was cold..Forgot the apple juice for the kids meals and literally had an attitude with me for asking for the juices I literally just paid for...We got to get it together I'm not saying dancing sing a song when I walk in but at least treat me like a respectable customer...Disappointed won't be back to this location... Smh

This place has recently open and the food isn't good. The bread bun was stale and meat overcooked.
This location says mobile ordering available however does not work. No card works. I got a error message Everytime. PayPal didn't work either. I had to use tap in person. I tried to order ahead and could not.I also don't understand why there is no full service soda fountain instead of the old fashioned one with no good flavors. Kind of weird!

Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant and I couldn't wait for the new one on 69th St in upper darby to open. I have gone twice and both times the food sucked. The whopper Jr that I ordered was cold, no cheese, one strip of onion, the very end of a tomato (hard), and barely any condiments. The same with the 2nd to time that I ordered, crispy chicken sandwich. I will not be going to that Burger King again.

I will never give anymore money to this establishment! The workers were trash, no customer service skills at all. The fries were salty to the point, I thought they were to kill black people. And for it to just be just opening, it was as dirty as the one on Erie avenue! Please set a standard for your employees and stop hiring people that doesn't care about the people they serve food to.... I wish y'all would've taken the store somewhere else!!!!Vegetarian options: Nasty
