First time ordering here and I was really surprised with the generous portion! The jerk pork was amazing. Yams were ok- they could have been sweeter, more firm, and not so mushy. Mac was okay. I’d give the whole plate a 3.5

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years because the food quality and portion sizes are great, but unfortunately I will no longer be a paying customer after today. I gave specific instructions on how I needed the food to be prepared and someone at the restaurant did not prepare correctly and because of this I wasn’t able to eat it due to all the spicy sauce that was poured all over it. I called the store to express my frustrations and see what could be done since I spent over $40 with this order, and a young lady answered, who was very combative, and was going back-and-forth with me about how I must be wrong. I was just trying to express what my experience was like and see what could be done because I was going to place another order the following day but instead of this, I decided I no longer want to do business here as that is not a good overall Customer Service experience in my opinion . I have worked years in the Customer Service field and the number one rule is the customer is always right. I’m not one of those really picky customers who calls and complains about every little thing. I tried to be understanding, but when you are being rude to me, and I’m trying to support your business, it’s very frustrating and discouraging. I would never go back-and-forth with a customer. I would just hear their concerns and place them on hold while I speak to a manager to see what could be done. If No manager was present I would take down the customers name and number and be sure to leave it for the manager to return the call. I’m very disappointed.

I've had good Jamaican food before, BUT this was the best Jamaican food I've ever had. BEST MAC AND CHEESE! This was better than the food in Jamaica. I highly recommend everything here, even the drinks.

I have bought stuff from here for a while now, but the quality seems to be going down. I bought Curry Goat, it was more bones the meat, and it was tough. Jerk Chicken was cold and seems old. You may need a new cook.

I placed an order and they took over 20 mins to make my platter. They only had one person on the cash register and one person making the platters. When I walked up to the front and said something “they acted as if I was being unreasonable” I even asked for a refund since I was still waiting for my food. They mention it’s a zero refund policy. Once I received my food they didn’t up my platter, give extra food or even issue an apologize. Not to mention when I left no one said thank you for your business. I will not be back ever again! Horrible customer service!!
