This place is a definite hit or miss and I'm pissed. Last week I ordered a steak bowl and it was delicious. Yesterday I ordered the same thing and it was absolutely trash. They put stuff in my bowl I didn't even ask for. It literally looked like trash in a bowl. And here's the worst part......there was no steak in the bowl. $50 down the drain. Never again.

this is quite literally the worst chipotle that i have ever experienced throughout my years dining at chipotle. the wait time is horrendous. half of the ingredients were missing and i was not notified of this prior to receiving my order. this awful aspect is only amplified as i had to wait an entire hour for my bowl, despite being notified that it was ready. if given the opportunity, do NOT choose to dine at this chipotle. it is a waste of time and money.

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because the people who prepped my food and rang me up were nice . However the food was trash. I had the same order from the Baltimore Ave location on Friday and it was great. Everything was fresh and importantly the meat was juicy and tender! Idk wasup with this location but the chicken and carne asada are extremely dry which completely ruined my meal. I was here a few months ago and had the same issue with the chicken. I definitely won’t be back. Plus the dining room was a mess. They had more than enough people to sweep up and wipe down the tables.

This chick right here is the part of the reason why the world is so cold. I have used the bathroom multiple times at other locations without having to purchase anything. She proceeds to tell me I have to buy something (news alert I was going to). I told her I’m buying something but the line is long. She said I have to wait through that line. No empathy or compassion nothing just treated like a potty trained or a dog. This is not how you treat another human being. But that’s just me. My food is obviously ok but this lady is not it

Our experience with the veggie platters at Chipotle Mexican Grill was less than satisfactory. Not only did the order lack the expected variety, but the undercooked rice further detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. We hope for improved attention to detail and consistency in food preparation for future orders.
