First time going here. The line was long but moved quickly. The water ice was delicious, best that I have tasted in a long time. The cheese pretzel was fresh. The ladies at the counter were very nice and polite.

Very Good Water Ice!! One of my favorite places to get Water in Upper Darby. I always get a container of Vanilla Soft Serve and a Large Water to make Gelato.
George’s is a WATER ICE STAPLE in the Upper Darby/Delco/Philly area! The food is amazing! Have been going there since they opened and will continue to do so. They fill your cup above and beyond the top, so you’re always served like you bought the next size up! They finally accept card payments now. If you want REAL WATER ICE at VERY INEXPENSIVE PRICES, come here! (Extremely better than that certain chain water ice brand that starts with a R—in terms of quality, taste, and price!) And try the warm pretzels too!

The food is great and water ice is definitely worth it, I just think they should upgrade the payment options and start accepting cards since most people carry them now but still definitely worth the trip to get a treat
