3 hours to get food!! This was an absolutely INSANE experience. Ordered online at 5:58pm. Given a 30 minute delivery time. Called around 6. They confirm my name and address and tell me it’s on the way. I live 5 minutes from the store. OK. Places get busy things happen, no problem….Another hour later, I call again. They tell me they missed the order and will make it now. Please wait 20 more minutes. 45 minutes after that, I call AGAIN. I tell them they need to cancel my order and refund. He refuses cancellation and refund because “it’s in the way”. He tells me it’s not their fault, they just missed the order. (This is the manager). Finally get our food at just under 3 HOURS after we placed the order. It’s good and not well made but hey. They delivered it and said sorry so that’s all that matters right?

I only ordered egg rolls two shrimp, two pork the shrimp had two pieces of shrimp in each one and nothing else but cabbage and the pork had two dots of red something and the rest was cabbage. There’s really nothing inside.

I have ordered from here for years but it seems that management has changed recently. They charged me for bbq sauce in the side. Also, I asked for an extra fortune cookie and they said no. I would have to buy. I spent 30$ on the order and have ordered plenty from them so it is very disappointing. I am not sure if it is their kids who took over or someone but it isn’t the same people anymore working there.I have given a few chances since it seems new ownership has taken over and the not giving me 2 fortune cookies and would only give one is the last straw. I mean every Chinese place usually loads the bag with them. Pretty ridiculous. They have lost a customer of 7 years.

Have been ordering here for years. I would pass 3 Chinese food place to get theirs. Was our favorite. I don't know if ownership changed but I didn't recognize anyone. We ordered food for my family of 5 and everything was off. Pork fried rice was just fried rice. No pork no vegetables. Not one of our dishes was consistent with what we have come to expect. Sweet and sour chicken didn't come with sweet and sour sauce. All are egg rolls were missing. It was all very disappointing.
