Awful service, I requested black pepper on my rice the women that works there used her fingers (no gloves ) and sprinkled the black pepper with her fingers. I watched her do it right i the front of my face When I asked called her on it she lied to my face and said she used a spoon for the black pepper when I asked her to show me the spoon she got flustered and took a spoon out of a completely different container at that point I demanded a refund and left . She had this ridiculous look on her face . I'm saying that to say this . They are untrustworthy and unsanitary! I couldn't believe my eyes ! In this day and age !

Decent takeout with interesting sauces. We tried this recently since it was on the way back from shopping. We sampled the following: Steamed pork dumplings - pretty standard with a good amount of meat. Szechuan dumplings - flat dumplings with a peanut sauce, mildly spicy. My wife really liked this. We combined the rest of the other dumplings with this sauce and it went well together. Moo shu chicken - Again, your standard takeout with a good amount of sauce. Chow fun shrimp noodles - good amount of medium size shrimp with tasty noodles and sauce. Singapore Mei Fun - It was OK, a little greasy. Shrimp, Chicken, Pork and Vegetables. You can specify the heat if you order online. Walnut Shrimp - Good size shrimp with walnuts and broccoli with sauce. Tasty. I walked into the wrong restaurant when I got here, there's a sandwich and beer shop next door. I thought the menu looked off! But at least I found yet another place for takeout. Return: Maybe. That Szechuan dumpling sauce was good.

Food was delivered in a timely manner, but wasn't edible enough for me. It was extremely salty (Chick-fil-A's nuggets aren't this salty and they contain MSG). Also, I am wondering how old the broccoli is that I received. Some of it looks it was microwaved multiple times.

My household has ordered many times from this restaurant in the last 6 months. Only place I can find good cheesesteak rolls outside of the city! Haven't been disappointed yet about the quality of protein. Have fun exploring something new! Thank you!
I order a lot from these guys usually over the phone. I used to brag about their food. So today I ordered using doordash and the food made me sick. The chicken was slimy and clumped together. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is you should have consistency in what you give to people. Whether you know who the customer is or not. Idk who could stomach that but God bless them.

I order food from them a lot and I’ve never had problems with it but a couple weeks ago I’d found a roach inside my food and obviously I’m not gonna continue to eat, so I called and told them about the bug and they said that they didn’t have roaches or any bugs there but obviously they did if it was in my food anyway, I then asked for a refund and they never gave me anything back since so if you’re reading this I suggest you shouldn’t buy from them. It was so bad I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible so I’m gonna give them a one. Anyways have a blessed day☺️??

I have been getting takeout and delivery from the folks at New Panda for over 5 years now. I work in Springfield and to be honest it's the only place I will order "take out Chinese" from. Their food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with it ever being "off". The owners are very friendly and work hard to produce a quality product day in and day out. They have a few things on their menu that is unique to them which is a welcomed change. Try any of their Ginger (shrimp / chicken), Mango (Shrimp, Chicken) and their version of a beef dim sum (comparable to a Japanese shumai). You won't be disappointed.

Some dishes were excellent - beef and broccoli had tons of beef and was tasty, bbq ribs were meaty and plentiful. Some things were disappointing though - egg drop soup tasted like it was cooked/heated in a dirty pan, it tasted heavily of used oil and I ended up throwing it all out. Staff was super friendly though. Will probably give them another try and update rating accordingly.
