Uncomfortable seating , escalator has been down for like 5 years , The place doesn't really look like it gets cleaned thoroughly. However the food is good for the most part .As far as the movie experience goes the screen is great in color and the sound is crisp.

Always enjoy movies and dinner. Comfortable seating, good tasty food.Recently, I had an experience where I paid with my credit card, and 2 weeks later, a charge appeared on my card for $800.00. My card was fraudulently used. After investigation by my credit card company and payee where the bill was generated from it. It turned out someone from SMG used my card number fraudulently. Moving forward, I will still enjoy dinner and the movie, however, will pay direct cash. Folks these days cannot be trusted.

Probably one of the worst-vibed movie theaters I have been to in a long time. First of all they changed the literal time of a movie just a few hours before the showing (I've never seen a movie theater do that, which disrupted our plans). Second the security guard at the entrance has really confrontational and negative energy. I have never been confronted in such a manner at a movie theater despite the fact that I was cooperative with everything that the security guard asked. These days it is rare to even have a full security check at most theaters, maybe there is a problem with violence in this area and I understand needing a security check but this was worse than TSA at an airport! The security guard was barking orders at us like we did something to personally upset him-- very unprofessional. He particularly picked on a friend of mine and kept borderline yelling at her to take everything out of her pockets, then she would respond that she had already taken everything out of her pockets, and then he would order her again to take everything out of her pockets and this continued for an uncomfortably long time. He took forever scanning us with the metal detector and then when we were done yelled at us GET MOVING GET YOUR STUFF GET MOVING NOW it was absolutely insane. There was no one else behind us or in the theater.So to go through all of this stressful ordeal, be yelled at and treated like a criminal and had extremely bad energy directed toward us just to watch a movie (something that is supposed to be fun) in a depressing broken-down and poor service establishment is not worth it. I will never go here again and I would not recommend it unless you are desperate-- I have never been treated this way at any other movie theater in my life.The ladies working the counter were extremely nice, maybe they were trying to make up for the cruel and anger-issues security guard. Again, I understand that if this movie theater is in a violent and dangerous area why they would need metal detectors (this is America, after all), but they could do the security check with basic respect rather than open anger and confrontation.

Don't have reclining seats our food was cold and prices are high our order buttons didn't work and the theater was dirty so we had to wait so the movie started late just ghetto and had a nerve to had security lol but my Son loved so I guess will go back for another ghetto experience soon lol

I love this place! It is my version of "dinner and a show". The food is so delicious and the staff is enthusiastic. I come alone as well as in family outings.
This place is trash the employees don't care. Watched a movie in the cold for three hours.Talked to "the manger" about it she definitely didn't care. The hallway to the movie theaters had heat it's where all the employees were sitting. Part of my order was wrong and I was told I was wrong instantly with out the server checking. I paid money to sit in the cold for three hours and watch a movie . could of watched it at home on firestick for free in comfort. But noooo I wanted to go to the movies and see it .DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOBODY WORKING THEIR CARES YOUR SPENDING YOUR MONEY AT THE PLACE THEY WORK AT. .....side note : I was so mad I didn't even watch the movie now I have to watch it on firestick at home

I love the new setup but I was slightly alarmed when I went the other day and they were using the wind to check for weapons. I'm not sure if they're having any problems but that would be my only deterrent other than that everything is great
