Imagine being so inept at your job, that’s what the people of the night shift crew here at this pathetic excuse for a Taco Bell are. Inept. Incapable. And genuinely so stupid they can’t properly open a window and hand the food out. Don’t get a job if you can’t do the bare minimum.

Terrible customer service or no customer service at all. Ordered at the kiosk and waited for 20 minutes and no other walk in..they serving at the drive through window and no one even bothered to ask why i am waiting.

I usually get burritos here and sometimes I wonder if they have been put together correctly because they're often leaky and messy to eat. On the other hand, I usually get drive thru and the various employees I've interacted with are always very pleasant and I've always gotten all the right items in my bag.

Good is always good, we love tacos but staff is rude as hell. I would go in and clean house if I were manager. I recommend going to Clifton on Baltimore pike instead of mcdade staff has much better customer service.
