Customer service was weak just like these fries Horrible!! When you walk in all of the staff stare as if they don't know why you entered the establishment?! Then I speak and the cashier says " Do you want to order? " I say, "yes Hi" after placing my order the cashier places two cups on the counter for my order's beverages while twirling her locs ( hair ) over top of them?! I ask her are those my cups to my order? She replies yes and hands them to me... Maybe if she wasn't looking down while texting she'd be more aware of what's going on This place is definitely a pass in the future. Major flag!!!

Absolutely horrible. I stood at the register for 15 minutes before ever acknowledged. Employees were playing cards in the back, laughing and cussing. The most unprofessional thing I ever witnessed. Only one person cooking and looks overwhelmed, he was actually cooking and handling pick up orders. Because he was the only one, people had to order online, when they came in. The one cook that was working was respectful. But whoever runs this establishment should fire all the teenagers and hire adults or just train them better, they all acted like we should have been lucky they were there. I mean customers would ask them questions and they would look at them, say nothing and walk away. The owner should just shut down, if this is their caliber of operations they run. Telling by the other reviews it's clear the ignorance is consistent. So clearly the staff is trained like this... "here's the chicken, here's the deep fryer. Now go be the best version of your ignorance self." They also had no ice, or lids for soft drinks. I don't usually leave reviews. But this was the most disrespectful service ever. And I wasn't even ordering for myself I was picking up door dash. But I would neverrrrrr support a wingstop franchise, because of this experience. And yes I had this much time to leave a review because I was waiting on the food.

Very disappointed!!! Ordered from the store site, not a food delivery service. I got 20 wings and they gave me no sauce and I paid for extra sauce. My fries were very cold and tasteless and got flavored seasoning (lemon pepper) and wings flavors was nothing to scream about and my drink was wrong! Will never order from them again!

The food came out very good. It was hot, but the lack of options was strange. They had no ranch and nearly no drinks.When I came in they were "not taking orders". After a while they started again and I went up to the counter to ask a question. The worker stared at me deadpan and ignored my question twice. Very rude young man. Other than the the experience was satisfactory.

Whole staff sucks, every time I visit it's at least a 40 minute wait until I get my food. I started ordering my food an hour in advance from this place and still have to wait like 20 minutes until I get my food. It's like the staff was hand picked from Stupid Town

They don't acknowledge you when you walk into the door they don't ask you to wait they don't tell you anyting just have you standing there looking stupid every time I go in there it's either one person or nobody in there I'm still will have to wait over 10 minutes just to make a order it's not the guys it's the females that does this if you want to order you would have to do a mobile order I'm tired of trying to repeatedly give out my business and not getting any service in return I would never come back to this location
