Great food. Good drink choices both kids and adults. Had a couple snafus with one of the meals and the check but all and all, good experience. It is on the expensive side tho. $10 for a beer, $3.75 for a pop so it adds up quick. 3 ppl, 2 app, 2 beers, 1 pop and three dinners $115. Granted one of the meals was a full rack of baby back ribs but you take that whole person's dinner off and it would have still been $80+ for 2 ppl.

We went for my daughter's birthday. I love that they bring out a "starter" for my already hungry kids right away - fruit and goldfish this time. Food was yummy, waiter was terrific, pizookie is a must try.

My wife and I had an enjoyable meal on Friday. My prime rib was very tasty and tender. My side (mashed potatoes) were good as well. BJ's does have servers which helps to free-up the wait staff. However, we feel the service at BJ's is often "uneven", and the food could be hotter (not tepid). Often, our main course arrives before we have finished our appetizer(s). My soup and mashed potatoes were luke warm. My wife ordered soup & asked for it to be hot. It was not hot when they served it, so she sent it back to be reheated. My second side did not come out until I was about 1/2 through my meal, despite our waitress and server both telling me it would be out in a couple minutes. Again, this is not the first time these types of incidents have occurred while dining at BJ's. Our waitress, Seanna, was very dependable and nice. Not happy that they removed 2 healthy items from the menu (kale salad & Lentil soup). There are lots of unhealthy fried items to choose from, but would like to see more healthy choices.

This was our first time at BJs brewhouse and the experience was excellent.Lori Jo was our waitress and she was so attentive, gave great recommendations and went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. We had our 2 year old son with us and will absolutely be back because of the service she provided us.The food was delicious and absolutely worth every penny. We had the prime rib special and it was an amazing value for everything we got.10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service from Maddie at BJ’s in South Hills Pittsburgh! From the moment I walked in, Maddie greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. She made great suggestions about the menu. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu truly made my visit memorable. The food was delicious, but Maddie’s exceptional customer service truly stole the show.
