Very nice atmosphere.The menu advertised drafts that they did not have. We had the truffle fries as an appetizer. Very little truffle sauce.I had the angel hair pasta with red pepper & crabmeat. Not much crab meat. The sauce was way too spicy even though I asked them to go easy on the spice/red pepper. The food is very good, maybe a little heavy handed on the sauces, but done nicely. The prices are fair, especially the happy hour menu. Service is fast and attentive. The problem that we haven't run into at any LaScala restaurant until now, was flies. Little tiny gnat like flies. They were on the wall and around the food. It was 40 degrees out and windy, so I doubt they came in from outside. It always makes me wonder where these little buggers are surviving and thriving? Kinda...read full review

The food is good, not too overwhelming and not too underwhelming. I always get eggplant parmigiano. The service is great, everyone is so kind. The atmosphere feels like a mix between a sports bar and an upscale Olive Garden. It's not horrible, but it's not a great place to enjoy a meal with others when someone across the room is screaming about the sports they see on TV.
