Went to the drive thru.. The food was cold, the cheese was still cold on the whoppers. Fries weren't even really warm. Called to complain and the management just acted stupid.

CRAPPY, the manager CONNER takes already salted fries tosses them back in the fryer when I asked for no salt fries. I tossed them in the garbage they tasted horrible! The Whopper was tossed in the microwave so the bottom was so hot and nasty ruined and top was cold. I tossed that too. I'd suggest going any place else than here. Not getting any more of my business.

The manager was rude to the employees and the customers. One of the employees was eating food off of the line, she put gloves on when she was done and proceeded to touch her face with her gloved hands. Then went and made orders with the same gloves. The employees looked miserable. The manager was slamming orders and clip boards around. I will not be back the this store!!!

Unwillingness to honor request for a LITTLE bit of tartar sauce to go along with onion rings. Spoke with Connor "manager" and was told was not allowed and didn't know why, except was policy? Have visited other BK locations and my request was honored. I will not patronize any BK establishment who is not willing to make a small exception for a minor request. Especially ones run by Jade Management franchisee. What ever happened to customer service?
