“Thank god this place isn't close to my house because I would be there everyday. I heard about the wine slushes and ice cream so I had to try this place. My husband and I both got vodka slushes. He got a snickers one and I got a peanut butter one and we got this mixed with the wine infused vanilla ice cream. This was HEAVEN! With tip, I think it was $22 which don't quote me on that. Regardless, worth every penny. We finished this in record time. I love that this place lets you bring dogs, it was nice seeing all the animals! The service was friendly and quick and overall, good experience! I would definitely be back and would recommend.“

We ALL loved the ice cream but the girls behind the counter were so very sweet and very patient with my son who couldn’t decide ANYTHING and took a while to order. I love it here.“

“My wife and I stopped in for late lunch. The menu is very interesting- great variety. My wife ordered the kim chi fried rice and I ordered the pork pastrami sandwich. For an appetizer, we ordered the 1-lb chicken wings (garlic parmesan). The kim chi had a nice kick but still very tasty. My pork pastrami was even better than a regular pastrami- pork was lean, tender and very flavorful. The wings were huge and very juicy and tasty. We had enough for leftovers! Service was excellent. Our server was attentive and regularly checked on us. I'm so glad we were able to stop in. We walked to try it 2 years ago when we were here but it was packed. Well worth the stop!“

“Chose this brewery as a destination point for a 75 mile motorcycle ride and wasn’t disappointed. Very neat little brewery with hometown vibes that didn’t disappoint. Local BBQ place was there serving food which definitely added to the experience. For craft brew I thought the beer was good and beyond reasonably priced. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area or want to make a trip out of it.“

I love sitting in the shop and taking in the whimsical decor and watching everyone come through and say good morning. “As a doordasher I'm always receiving orders of cheese steaks from this place.Figured it was about time I saw what all the hype was about. Last evening I had a buffalo chicken cheese steak that was definitely one of the best I ever had. Tonight I ordered the Cheese Steak Special. I've received a lot of these within orders for dashing. Hands down best cheese steak with sauce I've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Staff is always extremely friendly, precise, persistent, and fast. Extremely happy to have found my new local favorite spot.“

“We have stopped here a few times. It's really worth the trip! Tonight we had the vegetable soup, burger special, chicken wontons and loaded tots. Soup was very good and the rest came out pretty quick for how busy they were. Service was great, we didn't wait at all for drinks. Love that you can play the Boombah's!! “Such a great moment! Amazing service, friendly people, great value for the price! Extremely well organized and the entertainment on weekend is quite outstanding. Loved the pool and the cabin all over the site and enjoy the daily communication push from their app everyday! It’s a well “oiled machine”! The best public bathroom/shower I have seen in any camping I went. Will definitely go back! The only “downsides” is that I find the look of some sites and the entrance “overflow” a bit sketchy. But I guess the management is encouraging the sense of community over the overall look which make me appreciate the place even more! “My fiancé and I visited there on March 15. Place was very nice and the beer was very good. Also all the patrons and their puppies are very nice. The staff, however, is not very friendly. We both order the same beer, which happened to be a can pour. They filled my glass and started to fill hers with the remaining beer. Opened her can to finish. Never gave us the remaining beer. Used it to finish someone’s flight. We visit breweries all over the place. And have never had this happen.“

“It does not matter how many places we try, the Catty Corner is our go to neighborhood restaurant. It is not dark and dingy like Race Street, there isn't a young bartender with severe control issues like Hammerhead (she is really MEAN), and you don't feel like you are in a loud cave like Grove Street ALL while being ignored. The employees all say hello and smile (ALL ~ kitchen and counter staff, drivers, waitresses and bartenders, the owners). They consistently work together to ensure a satisfying experience and the food is great. Even the outside dj's are personable and bring a positive energy. More places should model the Catty Corner.“

“Came here for the first time on a hot date with my wife . She got a Chai Latte and I got a Pour Over Guatemalan brewed 12oz coffee. Prices are adorable as well. Place is legit. Vibes are cool, music is good and the coffee was phenomenal. Wife says the chai latte was good as well. Only thing I can say is, parking is extremely difficult on a Saturday afternoon (as it should be near the mall), I can see it being better on like a Tuesday morning or so. Definitely recommend.“

“Great service and Amazing food. On one of the busiest weekdays in Jim Thorpe had a minimal wait time and food was absolutely delicious. Our server Christine was super friendly and made spot on suggestions. The owner Joshua even came over to chat and welcome us. It was the perfect start before our concert at the Opera House.“

“Kids wanted ice cream and we were here so we stopped. Ordering was a little confusing. There was no semblance of a line. We finally saw chalk writing on the ground that said "form line here". So we did and found that we were next. Then a lot of people who had been there before us were annoyed because they did not form line there. So then a line formed there and all was well. The kids just got scoops with sprinkles but I was amazed at the variety of the soft serve flavors. I wasn't hungry or I would have tried something. The prices were reasonable and there are plenty of areas around to have a seat and enjoy the ice cream.“

Just what we were looking for!Parking: As far as we could tell, only place to park was municipal parking lot, down by Lehigh River, at least a quarter mile away. Being hikers, it didn't matter much to us, just beware if close parking is important to you.“
