I was there a few weeks ago,had never heard of the place or knew it existed. Overheard some coworkers talk about it and decided to Google it. Saw some fantastic reviews, and wanted to try it for myself!I'm saddened they aren't open later then 2or 3pm but if you can get there before last order you won't be disappointed!I was blown away, frst off the customer service was just out of this world, she was so friendly, helpful and patient, recommended items and never rushed us as we took our time deciding with a small line of people behind us.The wait time for the food we ordered was very fast for as small as the kitchen is that they have and are working with. I'm impressed!And the food ? my gosh, the food is out of this world, I was prepared for average or above average "hole in the wall" diner food, but it's much more then average!They put time,effort,thought and passion into each and every dish thay comes out of the kitchen! For as busy as it was inside the cooks never once looked stressed or overwhelmed.Absolutely loved the food and blown away!!Will definitely highly recommend and will be returning often!!!

Ramen was not bad for Warren ( I'm highly biased from having ramen in Asia so much) but if you like instant ramen, you will LOVE this! Hit the spot after a long drive home on a cold day. The softboiled egg was done perfectly. I really liked how they offer different spice levels and explained them. I will definitely have it again. It's nice to have a place downtown with something different. The fries were VERY GOOD! unique and really enjoyed them..the staff was very friendly and helpful. Made us and everyone else feel at home.

I haven't been here in decades, still feels like back in the 90's.Good food, limited selection, seems more like high dollar- big city places, with a down home atmosphere and those working there seemed happy with what they're doing. Only 1 thing on the entire menu I felt I'd like, and I liked it.

Stopped here on our way through Warren today. Food was so tasty. My crab melt special was delicious. Fries are amazing. The ranch is very herby and delicious. My husband loved the Ramen and said the broth was super flavorful. We also tried the Seafood Cigars and they were great. Staff was super friendly. They brought our daughter a coloring book and crayons without us even asking. Wish we lived closer to be able to eat here more often.

Stopped for a quick lunch. We got the pico fries, tofu ramen and pork belly grilled cheese. Great food and friendly service. Only 4 for atmosphere as it’s nothing fancy but a nice quiet place for lunch.

Delicious! You can truly tell the passion and love that’s poured into this food. I love how the menu changes each week offering new and exciting specials, I always look forward to the surprise! I have enjoyed every single thing that I’ve had- Warren is so lucky to have this place! ?
Taylor is so sweet and offered us great suggestion for pork belly cheese sandwich ?. Highly recommend! Plus, their mango lemonade no ice is good.

I've tried seven items over the past few weeks and every one has been stellar. Even the pickles are fab! My only complaint is the box container with the paper lining (although it is clever). Gets pretty messy by the time I get home. I'd happily pay for a sturdier container. So glad they opened up. A big Food Plus for Warren!

Love this little lunch counter in downtown Warren, PA. The food is cooked to order, super fresh, tasty and made with seasonal ingredients. Specialty sandwiches and salads that are beyond ordinary. Fun appetizers like the seafood cigars, whipped feta spread and hot and hearty soup of the day. I had the NE clam "chowda" and it was full of tender clams and had the perfect consistency of a good chowder. For lunch I had the curry chicken salad wrap. YUM !! Loved the seasoning and appreciated something different than the ole standard chix salad! Service came with a friendly smile and was pleasant and attentive. High five Liberty Street Lunch.
