Two of us stop here for lunch on our way home from an appointment. It is a stand alone facility located off a busy highway in a shopping mall. We arrived at a very busy time and the place was buzzing! We placed our order with the mobile app and requested table service. The staff are nice, but this is the slowest McDonald's in the area! At any McDonald's, specialty items might require you to have to wait for preparation, but ordering two hamburgers and a large fry at this location can have staff asking you to pull off to the side. Also, they have TWO drive-up lines that you can order from; they cannot handle the flow from one line ordering. You use touch screens instead of talking to an actual human to take your order at the counter and POS system.... if you use the app, you can get discounts and upload it to the touch screen, but pay higher prices with no app.When it's busy, it takes a long time to get your food.
