I live in Washington crossing Pa for years. Always go to this dj kin now they have hired some very rude people. I ordered food waited 15 min and still not get my food. I had to start asking for it then the Mexican lady started yelling because I was getting upset waiting for my food. I am calling the corporate office then getting a hold of the better business bureau. I am not racist but since they hired a bunch of Mexicans at this store it has turned bad. I highly recommend not going to this Dunkin donuts.

This location comes as a major surprise to me. Every location that I've been in has been either drab and uninviting or just staffed with people who look like they didn't want to get up in the morning. THIS LOCATION was and is completely different. The ambiance (Yes in Dunkin Donuts) has a new modern vibe to it. It's clean and inviting. The sitting areas rival those similar spaces in Starbucks that are located in Barnes and Noble. The staff is friendly and very professional even if something gets missed. If more locations were set up like this, I'd be more willing to visit and buy more donuts ? and hot food. Lastly, try the new breakfast burritos ? they have on the menu. It's a bit small but loaded with flavor.Thanks for listening.

If you need your coffee decaf, please beware. They routinely lie to me about the coffee. I usually stand where I can see it being made to make sure it's decaf. There have been multiple occasions when I have watched them use the regular coffee and then lie to me about it when I ask. I'm not a confrontational person, so I absolutely hate that they put me in this position. The coffee tastes good, so if you don't need decaf then you'll be fine. I wish they would understand that for a lot of people decaf isn't just a preference or fussiness, it's a necessity. People with medical conditions (heart conditions, pregnancy, fibrocystic tissue, etc.) need decaf. And if you order decaf, then you should be given decaf. I understand that people make mistakes and that doesn't bother me. It's the lying that gets me.

I gotta be honest that the reason I ended up here is because I wanted to drive across the super narrow bridge leading to into PA. I crossed the bridge, saw a Dunkin' and impulse bought some human fuel for the drive back home. Right place right time.

This Dunkin - on weekday mornings has an exceptional crew, especially the manager. Friendly, efficient, cheerful even. It's a pleasure to see them in the morning and orders are handled well. Many times like today the "App" doesn't work -- - so when Dunkin Corporate comes to lecture store owners and store managers on how to do their job - why not look in the mirror and fix your own stuff first. Anyhow, excellent Dunkin - I visit 4 times a week at least.

Over 15 minutes waiting for 2 breakfast sandwiches worked move like they’re stuck in slow motion. The morning staff on 9/17/22 needs better training or something. Also every single person on that we’re very ignorant when asked why it was taking so long for the food. Finally get the food and it’s ice cold, how hard is it to cook pre cooked food!!!!!. Very unacceptable i will no longer give my business to this location.
