My boyfriend came in to get us food so i had something to eat before work and he asked for his sub NOT toasted and they toasted it and when he said something the woman gave him a attitude and asked what the difference was. than they messed it up and forgot mayonnaise on the 2nd one. one of our favorite places to eat we are very disappointed! teach your employees better!

So I was reading the menu here, I have some trouble seeing, and really couldn’t decide on what I want. I finally decided on a small turkey bacon ranch sub. When they say that this thing is small they are not kidding. It’s 3inches. Maybe. I asked if that comes with a side or a drink and she literally laughed at me and said that I could add one if I wanted.This is preposterous. As I sat in shock at what I was just hustled for, I decided to take a picture and leave a review. These women working here must be unaware that I have ears because they walked into the back and said “look at this a$$hole out here, taking a picture of his food!” I heard it as clear as day.I can assure you that this place will never receive my business again.

Amazing store, great workers, the ladys all had my sub done before i was even done paying! It was also absolutely exquisite, the chicken was savory, the bacon had a perfect amount of cruch and sizzle, and the cheese was melted just right, the store doesn't let you forget where they came from, beautiful murals of firemen and many cool decorations around every wall. Its such an atmospheric store with employees that treat you like family and make superp food 5/5 100%

Generally get take out here. Have though on occasion eaten in. Their subs r the best !!! It also warms my heart that they donate a percentage of their money for firefighters equipment!!! Nice decor with firefighter accessory flair. Fast service, clean, and upbeat atmosphere.Parking: Parking is on spot, free and accessible.

Absolute GARBAGE customer service. We placed an online order. Got there about 5 mins early. We waited by the online order shelf patiently for the food to be done (keep in mind i placed this order an hour out.) The pickup time expired so I went in front of the counter and waited for someone to ask if I needed anything and nobody did (they were busy making food.) So I went into line to ask the lady at the register what the status of order was. I finally made it to the register and she looked miserable, didn't even greet me or ask me what I needed. So I told her I was here for my pickup order. She told me check my phone if I ordered online. I told her it said they would call me when it was ready, but the pickup time was now 10 mins behind then she proceeded to point towards the online order pickup and told me to check there for it. I was like okay, I need to order drinks because I forgot to order them online and proceeds to tell me, "yeah they all do." Once I was ordering drinks I wold her I was having trouble with the app and then she continues to bash the app telling me how it's really bad and nobody ever does anything to fix it and they released it without testing anything. To be honest this is up there with the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. I cant honestly say I'll be going back. I think Jimmy John's and Jersey Mikes will be getting my service from now on. It's a shame because the food is so good but the employees or miserable and rude.

Slow subways subs way better prices are way to high I can go get a sub 12 inch for 10 dollars yens charge me 10 dollars for tiny 6 inch sub I could hardly understand the employee no hair nets on no gloves on took 15 mins to get my sub I go to subway it's done in 5
