I can honestly understand it being busy on Veterans Day, HOWEVER, at least talk to people waiting in line. Let them know you are there. Offer coffee. Don't ignore or make them stand when there are open tables available.

We picked up a delicious ho ho cake from here for a family event. They already had them made, which was nice that you didn't have to preorder. This cake was just as good as it looks. Yummy chocolate layers with a creamy white filling. Needless to say it was a hit and didn't last very long! This was my first time trying Krency's Bakery and I'll definitely be back.

I ordered 2 cakes one for mine and one for my daughter’s birthday, specifically asked that there be no red icing on the cake. When I picked up the cakes there was red icing on one.I made it known that my order was wrong. I was told that it was noted on the order “no red icing” but since it didn’t specifically say there was a red dye allergy that they felt it was ok to use it. I was told they’d have to take all the icing off and re frost the cake. The lady in the back got an attitude and started complaining loud enough for me to hear her. I got angry and left without the cakes. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I will never order for there again.
Stopped in for half a dozen of something sweet and some pepperoni pinwheels. I love their coconut macaroons or they might call them a haystack. The coconut treat has great tasting toasted coconut with small bits of chocolate. Go great with a strong cup of coffee. They also had a menu for pizza. Next time I'll have to try their pierogi pizza. Great small business to patronize.

Super super nice bakery with employees willing to go out of their way to help. I had a wonderful woman throw away the coffee and make a fresh pot just for me because she was concerned with the freshness. Their s'mores cookies were tremendous!!!! Cheap and affordable, a dozen cookies was only 6.50!!!! Make sure you go out of your way to find this place for an incredible selection of donuts and pastries. If you go around noon, you'll be treated to fresh pizzas coming out of the oven for you to smash into your pie hole!!! This was a real gem...

Like stepping back in time! This is a real proper bakery! What a delightful display case of donuts and other delicious treats! I had a fantastic crème filled donut and an apple fritter that was very appley. Super good! Finding it was a bit challenging, and I parked under the I-70 bridge. Now that I know where it is, I will be happy to go back!!!

I stopped here for donuts the first two visits. The cakes looked great and all prices are very reasonable! The donuts did not disappoint at all! Fresh, inexpensive compared to other donut shops, gas stations etc. I did get a small round cake for around $18. Dry. Tons of icing that was so thick, it fell off 1 side. The icing was good icing, but to celebrate, we each had 1 piece and the rest went into the garbage. I hated this as I was hoping for a good old fashioned moist cake -- just not the case. Customer service has always been top notch. I will be back, but not for a cake!!
