Wanted to dine in went in all the tables were nasty I ask the black girl with the nasty weave in her hair I need a wet cloth to wipe the table down she said they only have dry napkins (a lie) I looked at her and said the tables are nasty she caught a nasty attitude and came out with a wet cloth and was very upset she had to wipe one table down ..I said forgot this we left ..I called the store to talk to the manager ..manger cut me off and fake apologize... I just hung up and will not go there no more ..it's disgusting on Jefferson McDonald the people they hired are trash and the inside is trash ..even the white girl at the drive thru they try to talk black ..shes angry about her life so she spreads it .. McDonald's on Jefferson is so nasty the inside and the people who work there.???? ??That black girl ?with the weave? is so rude ... She thinks she looks good in that stinky ugly weave I will never eat from there again

Ordered thru door dash and fries were cold and soggy for both meals as well as the burger and nuggets. Happy meal didn't even get the extra fries that were ordered. This is the worst McDonald's in Washington. Never again will I order from there or even go through the drive thru or in store. As part of a big corporation you've done them an injustice. Anyone who reads this take your money to another location. Management and employees need retrained. Working in the food industry myself I would not serve anyone what they served me

The two fish sandwiches I got for my husband and I were dry and for what you have to pay they should be fresh and we are on a fixed income the milkshake was excellent.Parking: Sometimes it hard to get to a parking spot it's mainly drive thru

Service is usually pretty good but food is 50/50 depending on who is working. One day I went ordered a big Mac meal with a Dr pepper. Big Mac was ok the fries tasted like stale cigarettes which I didn't know was possible and I got a diet coke with no ice. Didn't realize until I got home and wasn't driving 15 minutes

The entire building smells like human urine. I don’t know if an employee has a bladder problem or they just don’t clean the bathroom. But the smell is nausiating . This isn’t the first time it’s smelt like this either. Started going to the location at trinity plaza about 5-10 mins away. Either a regional manager or health inspector needs to come here ASAP
