Have ordered in the past with no problem. Most recently, the breadsticks were undercooked and the calzone was inedible. There was far too much cheese (never thought I'd say that) and all the pepperoni was in one stack, undercooked. Incredibly greasy, couldn't eat it. We called and offered to return it for our money back. They told us no, they could remake it. Literally lost my appetite, disappointed at their solution.

I had an issue with my order. The pizza was delivered cold, and I wasn't able to talk the owner. Very rude and unprofessional!!
This is only getting one star because I can't leave 0, this place is nasty in how they treat their customers, the quality of the food has been horrible the last two times we ordered [cold, burnt, incorrect toppings, portion size and undercooked pizza, they sent frozen mozzarella sticks out the door] this past time we tried to give them another chance. They never fulfilled the order because they closed their store early, we called for a refund. Their employee Phil was rude told us it's not his problem and we would get our refund whenever he felt like it. We called yet again today and the owner supports his employee's nasty behavior and praised him for it. He not only interrupted the entire phone call he hung up on us offering zero resolution. They hold zero accountability, don't value or respect their customers and think theft is a laughing matter.

I ordered a whole hoagie from here tonight and asked for the lettuce and tomato on the side. They refused to give it to me. On top of it, this might be the least amount of meat on a hoagie I have ever seen.I definitely will not order again.
I will never order here again I ordered pizza for sons 20th birthday because we had been very good customers of this place , between my sons and I we ordered at least twice a week from them. The food arrived with the wrong toppings but we figured that's OK. We'll just pick around them and everybody was fine with that. I took a bite of the pizza and realized it was soaking wet and raw. That is what made me call them to let them know that they were putting out raw pizza. The first person I spoke to relay the information to somebody else that person got on the phone and said, " I find that hard to believe. " I think questioning a customer is very bad customer service so I asked him "are you calling me a liar?" he then screamed don't fu*king order from here again and hung up on me. Terrible experience and you can be sure I will listen to your demand!!!

I place an order and was told the price. I paid with credit card and immediately added up the contents after hanging up the phone. I called back immediately. When I asked to review the order because I thought it was more than I ordered. The guy immediately started arguing with me. He read the order , and I said. That is not what I ordered. He continued to argue. I asked if he could refund and reorder. He told me it was nonsense and a waste and he didn’t want to do it. I asked again as this was way more food than I needed. He was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I called back. He started yelling at me again. Said I wasn’t a customer and to never order from there again. This was my first experience ordering from there’s I will never again. Thanks to the one inappropriate employee who also told me he was the GM.

Placed order & after waiting over an hour for order I had a roast beef hoagie with extra cheese delivered…then the bun was burnt there was no cheese!!! When I called to complain instead of them offering to making it right, they said the manager made it & we would have to bring it to them!!! Just totally bad business!!!!! They just hung up on me!!!! Rude & unfriendly!!! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!

These people are rude and ignorant and possibly clinically insane. I live in the country and my car recently broke down. They will deliver to my neighbor who literally lives 5 feet up the exact same driveway because she used to deliver for them, but Al told me they wouldn’t deliver to me. I asked if I could walk to the church about half mile out the road, but he refused. So I called back and placed the order with Phil using the church’s address, and I walked out there to meet them. Al pulls into the church parking lot, circles around me giving me a dirty look. He rolls his window down and said “aren’t you the girl I told we wouldn’t meet?” I said “yeah but my car broke down last week and I’m starving.” He called me a liar, rolled up his window and drove off with my order. I called the store to report the incident and Phil also called me a liar and said Al was right to take back my food. These people are crazy don’t order from them.
