Overall our food was good, but service was a little slow. Ordered grilled chicken on the barbie - the waiter asked if we wanted mushrooms and grilled onions, and we said yes. We received our bill and the mushrooms and grilled onions were an upcharge - this was not mentioned when the waiter asked if we wanted mushrooms and grilled onions. If I knew it was an upcharge I would not have said yes. As a prior server, I would always mention upcharges to customers...

Nobody and whatever

Had one of two of the worst meals I have ever had for the price. We both got the Aussie, Aussie, Aussie special, and neither had a redeeming quality between the two of us. Our onion blossom was burnt with no actual onion in it. The steak was full of connective tissue, and it was served cold. My chicken was very dry. We will never go back. Texas Roadhouse puts this place to SHAME!

Ordered prime rib but they had run out. Ordered steak instead but was still charged for the prime rib. Called three times and was told it would be taken care of. Never happened.

My son and I both had the filet and lobster at around 11:30 am on Tuesday. I love Outback but the food was barely edible on this trip. Coconut shrimp was burnt. My filet was prepared correctly to medium rare and looked great but it was tough. How can filet mignon be tough? Poor quality meat or not really the filet? My lobster looked wonderful but it was soft and tasted about a day away from spoiled. First time I've ever left lobster on my plate. My son's soup was cold. Baked potato, salad and asparagus were all okay. Service was great. The meal was $103 and we left more on our plates than we ate. If this had been my first experience at Outback I'd never go back. So disappointing!

It was my first time going there. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. We didn't need anything our waitress was on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak was done exactly the way I wanted it, not to many places get it right but it was spot on. We got the fries appetizer and the sauce that came with it was so good. I would definitely recommend going to Outback Steakhouse. I can't wait until I go back there.
