The pretzels are so delicious! They taste homemade and fresh and are not too salty. Love the cheese to dip them in too. So good.

Just stood in front of the counter at Washington crown center for over 5 minutes staring at the employee or owner, she never even looked up at me even after a "hello". Wanted 2 pretzels and an iced coffee. Walked away and got great service from Charley's philly steaks!

Stopped by this evening because my kids wanted something, we weren't even to the counter yet (because they were still deciding) when the lady there yelled can I help you twice and when I turned around I saw she was yelling at us. So I told her the kids were deciding. She proceeded to throw her hands to the counter and yelled, "Well, you need to get ready to order and let me know because I have stuff I need to do!" She then just walked off. I just told her nevermind, we wouldn't be ordering there and she sure had some nice customer service while she was walking away!

I was shopping in the mall the day after Christmas, and my cousin suggested we get a smoothie at the end of our shopping trip. We ordered a strawberry & raspberry smoothie from this establishment...then got yelled at by the worker that they didn't have raspberry- and why can't we read the sign?! Ummmm, sign was not very clear, and had you been nice about it, I could have ordered only strawberry. We were charged for 2 flavors, mentioned it, then the worker- who I assume might have been the owner because she was the older one, starts slamming our cups around asking what size we even ordered. The pretzels beeped, and she went to grab them, then slammed those down too. She ended up wasting our smoothies because machine wasn't working properly...probably because she over loaded blender. Oh- and the fruit smoothies DO NOT contain real fruit!
