Love this place for their sandwiches! It gets a bit loud, bit otherwise accommodating. The servers are always very friendly and complimentary.

Their sandwiches are phenomenal! My drink was also really cute with the duck in it and it was so good! It was pina colada flavor!

I was told this place was THE best in Pittsburg. I ordered what the server told me was their most popular sandwich, the Pittsburgher. Gross! The guy who brought our food smelled like he had just smoked a pack of cigarettes, and the sandwich was just bad. The “Burger” Was cold and tasted like a frozen turkey burger. The fries had absolutely been sitting for 30 minutes or longer. Soggy and flavorless.Do not order the Pittsburgher. My lord it was bad.

Someone shook my soda because they forgot it on the last order, I asked for a refund on just the drink and they gave me two instead on my next order. Sounds funny but it felt like I was dealing with children who don't respect their customers or workplace, sad

Apr 2024What a mess. While the place has not changed, this location has gone downhill - a lot! The biggest problem is the noise level. They pumped the music to such an extreme level that it was impossible to have a conversation anywhere in the facility. We asked that it be lowered, and we were not the only ones, to no avail. Our waitress could not be heard even though we saw her mouth moving. We ended up pointing at the menu. It did not help that we felt that she was recovering from a sickness that affected her voice. The food was OK - this is a chain, so they could not make it too poor. However, one of the reasons we came here was for their lines of drinks with the rubber ducks and these were a HUGE disappointment. The flavors were metallic and syrupy and I have no idea if they put any of the alcoholic drinks that were advertised in there - they certainly did not taste like they were there. The ducks are cute though.================================This chain is an institution around the Pittsburgh area and this was my first visit to this location. It is set up as a sports bar with the bar in the center, lots of tvs showing ESPN channels, and the kitchen in the back. While item for only about a year the booth we were guided to had clearly been abused add the various cuts were taped over....While not overly busy during our stop, the staff took their time getting to us and preparing our food. Consequently it took us longer than expected to eat lunch.Portions are gargantuan. Opening your mouth to fit in a bite is a challenge. I ended up taking my sandwich apart and using a knife and fork...

Came in from out of town (Houston, TX) on business and I stopped by this place based on reviews. I really enjoyed the fish Pittsbuger and the bar tender was definitely pleasant ?

Set up the bar for lunch and had to Philly cheese steak and it was freaking awesome. Service at the bar was fantastic and over the top the young ladies there were very attentive and enjoyed the conversation. We'll definitely go
