Quick service but the new sandwiches are really only the old double meat at higher prices. Also they can't keep the cookies at a uniform size and sometimes they're not cooked thoroughly.

Takes forever for the staff to notice you are there because they’re too worried doing whatever they’re doing in the back. (Not my first time I had to wait to be noticed) They had no cookies because their cookie container was broken? Management should have figured something to put the cookies in so they could still sell them. And their scanner doesn’t work for points and staff acts like they have no idea how to use it. Sub was ok but turkey was shredded and half of my sandwich was falling apart because of the way it was folded.

Both closed before their listed close times. I'll never drive their anytime near their close time again

The subway at washington, pa crown ctr mall. First, not friendly and second, young boy working with our food had long hair hanging down in his face. Against food service laws. Girls at least had hair up and headbands on.

Right off interstate but inside a mall food court. If you go into the mail entrance on right side of Ross it's not too far inside. Fresh food (as expected) and nice and clean.

I’m a mall and employee and refuse to go here. Good luck getting service here, if they aren’t sitting in the back on their phones, they are rolling their eyes at everything you order. Absolute WORST experience of any of the mall food options. Also more expensive than every other Subway
