I went there with my wife to get food and when I was at the drive tru and they ask for my order then cut me off half way and is laughing or something then half of my order was missing so I paid for things I didn’t get. The food it did get was good tho
Going to Taco Bell is already playing Russian Roulette with food poisoning — any regular patron knows that going in. So far, I’ve avoided any serious complications over the years, but I always knew you could only dance with the devil so long before you got burned; and let me tell you, it burns.The Taco Bell on W Chestnut Street turned out to be the end of my luck. I don’t know if it was the funny tasting shells, the Diablo sauce or just my gut finally giving up the ghost, but as I write this review from the toilet I can confirm that something has happened to me which has not happened before.We had a good run, TB, you and me. But this may be the end of the line.

Really Toco bell? WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR FOOD? Not only was my order so greasy I couldn't eat it but it was luke warm. It honestly seemed like the food sat for a long time. And talk about smaller portions for more money, no thanks wont be coming back.

Terrible, unprofessional, childish, and trashy staff. There's no sugar coating it, and I have never referred to staff anywhere in any review as "trashy".I placed a mobile order, which took a bit longer than average to be ready. Then, when the app finally said it was ready, they just placed my drink on the pickup shelf and left my food in the back where they all proceeded to hang out and yell at each other about various things. They had a friend hanging out at the counter. At one point, they had a pile of snacks from the gas station just dumped out on the counter while they ignored my presence. Really bad look. The cashier wasn't manning the front and was in and out of the building. Check the cameras from around 7-7:30pm on March 2nd and see the hot mess for yourself. Order #912586.In addition to the repulsive and childish staff, the food was substandard. The tomatoes were old and tasted bad, and the sour cream was dumped into a two bite section of the burrito.Ya'll need to get rid of that whole crew and work on your hiring. Gross. I should've asked for a refund just based on their behavior while I was waiting. They clearly have no self-respect and, therefore, no respect or consideration for others.Side note: Staff at Dunkin across the street is great, so clearly ya'll are the problem. (I'm not from here)

The staff here is very nice and friendly! They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the menu and make sure that what I was getting was completely vegetarian. It made me feel very welcomed and well-catered. To the night staff, you deserve a raise!

Every other visit they are out of Baja Blast and it's like they don't read special instructions on mobile orders like "No Tomatoes" or "No Ice"
Stopped in for a quick bite on our way back home from the east coast. Food came out fast and was better than most other taco

The food was good, but the floors and restrooms were grimey. They were hiring so perhaps they are sort on cleaning staff, but it looked as though nothing had been done but sweeping for a long time.
