We had a great dinner! The atmosphere was nice, food and drinks were delicious, plus the staff was so friendly and helpful. Not only our server but the whole staff. The chef came out at the end of the night to introduce himself and ask how our meals were. He even put us deep with the daily specials. Just make sure if you go Friday or Saturday to make a reservation!!

Although food quality was good, service was not up to par. Our party was not waited on for almost an hour, not even a drink order taken within that time. A few excuses were made for the mistake and no further customer service was provided. For trying to be an upscale atmosphere, I would suggest spending that money elsewhere.

Great experience. We drove over an hour to try this restaurant. It did not disappoint. The arugula salad was delicious as was the red pepper bisque. Prices were reasonable for the entire menu. The chef thanked us for coming . It is amazing the work and passion he puts into procuring the local fresh ingredients and preparing the food. I just wish it were closer as we could each here every weekend. Definitely worth the drive - do not miss out on trying this restaurant!

Went to the Lab at Armens Barrels for the Tuesday night Burger nite. The Burgers were amazing! Delicious juicy, and cooked perfect and the shoe string fries were hot and crispy! Only negative, had to wait on drink refills, (not water the young girl with the water was on it) Beer really wasn't as cold as I prefer. Definitely will go back!

First time at the Lab and the meal did not disappoint. We decided to try the Tuesday Kobe burger special. The burgers were so delicious and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back to the Lab!

Our first time there. Had a wonderful dinner. Food was delicious & beautifully plated. Chef David greeted us to make sure we were pleased with our entrees. Enjoyed the wine & purchased some to take home. Love the atmosphere.

A mixed bag. Food was great, but the time between appetizers and entree was an hour! It was so uncomfortable to sit there that long. Our waitress was somewhat accommodating about it. My date said no to another glass of wine, which was still brought over and then charged for. There was nothing done to remedy the extreme wait times. Our server would be perfect for a diner setting, not a high end place.

Great experience! My wife & I were celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Amber did an excellent job. She was friendly, attentive, when needed, and had great suggestions. A bonus was getting to meet the owner, Armen during a tasting event. Very interesting story about how he came to open the restaurant and started making wine and vodka. (Both were very good. I purchased bottles to take home.)

Ate at the Lab for Valentine's Day dinner. When I booked, the chef personally called me to confirm, and to inform us it would be a pre selected fixed menu and described all the dishes, which I thought was a very nice touch. The ambience is fantastic, perfect for a date night or special occasion. Food was quite good- the brussel sprouts were excellent and mushroom risotto was cooked perfectly! Our waitress was very friendly, however I expected a little bit more attention to detail for this price point- our water glasses went empty and we had to ask for silverware multiple times This place has a really cool and unique vibe going for it, the distillery in the back and on display really added to the story behind the restaurant. Would definitely go back!

Wife ordered Filet with potatoes, and I ordered NY Strip with Risotto. Both came with veg of the day - green beans. Steaks cooked as desired, and risotto was VERY good. Wife claimed potatoes were bland. But we were absolutely shocked with how good the green beans were. Who would have thought it would be worth remarking but let me tell you they were the best accompaniment I've had in a while. Sounds silly to go on and on about green beans, but they were simply wonderful. I am definitely disappointed that the restaurant doesn't have bread service. If they don't serve bread/rolls/anything to keep prices down, that's not working. Expect market pricing for steaks. But we skipped the appetizers and shared a salad, and discussed how ridiculous it was to come for this level of dining only to be told by the waitress that they do not serve bread. So go for a fine meal. Expect to pay fine meal prices. You will enjoy what you get. You will have to decide if it is enough. And yes, we will go back. But not until we explore some other places we know we want to try.

Our waitress was the only thing that was not good about our experience there. Older lady with gray hair. Don't know what her name was. Wasn't busy but we had to track her down for drinks. And mixed up our food. We absolutely loved the food. Chef Dave came out to our table and talked with us. What a gem you have with him.

Went to The Lab tonight for dinner and had one of the best dinning experiences I've ever had. From the Martini, crab cake appetizer (which was one of the best I've ever had to the mushroom bisque and finally the sea bass it was perfect. The chef came out twice to our table and spoke with us and that impressed me also.

We loved everything- The Food, the service, the atmosphere. It will be our new go-to restaurant when we are in the area. Chef David, came out from the kitchen to make sure we had enjoyed everything. You can tell he is very passionate about his work and wants to please his customers. This shows in the quality, taste and presentation of his work. As we were leaving, the owner stopped to talk to us about the distillery and winery. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to him and he even presented us with a bottle of the organic Vodka. Which we LOVE! We cannot wait to make a return visit.

The whole evening was top notch! We started with a sampling of house made wines and liquors . They were delish. Amber was our server and she was the best, very knowledgeable about the building, menu, and drinks! My husband has the duck and I had the crab cake special. Both were cooked for perfection and the risotto was such a good side dish. We also had the charcuterie appetizer and the fig honey jam was the best ever. We enjoyed talking with the chef and seeing his passion behind his work. If your thinking about trying the Lab don't wait! We hope to come back for a wine tour and bottle our own wine! Great job lab! We had such an enjoyable anniversary!
